This professional machine enables the division and rounding of dough loaves to make pizza. It is specifically designed for pizzerias which work with dough which has been fermented in the fridge; the tool with its compact size is also ideal for handicraft enterprises and pizzerias. It is possible to insert up to 30 - 35 kg of non-raised dough mixture, it is therefore possible to select the cone and bell most suited to the desired weight: in this way, correctly divided and rounded portions are obtained, ready for leavening. Hourly production can oversee up to 1,200 small balls!

Questa macchina professionale consente la porzionatura e l’arrotondamento delle pagnotte di pasta per pizza. Particolarmente indicata per le pizzerie che operano con fermentazione della pasta a frigorifero, lo strumento è di dimensioni contenute e pertanto ideale per i laboratori artigianali e per le pizzerie. È possibile introdurre sino a 30 - 35 Kg di impasto, non lievitato, quindi è possibile scegliere il cono e la campana più adatte al peso desiderato: in questo modo si ottengono porzioni ben dosate e arrotondate, pronte per la lievitazione. La produttività oraria può arrivare sino a 1200 palline per ora!

The surface is lumpen and looks terrible. There is no tension in that dough surface. It looks OK if the intent is to roughly produce equal size dough balls, but that's about it.
