- There is a lot of misinformation about the NAR Settlement and many real estate agents are wondering how to answer the most commonly asked questions from homeowners and homebuyers.
This video shares a few ways to answer these questions with clarity and confidence based on what we know at this time.
Every real estate agent should make sure they adapt answers to their own tone and beliefs, but hopefully these examples act as a starting point for you to develop how you will answer these questions.
How to answer a prospective home seller that says, "So now I don't have to pay the buyer's agent commission."
How to answer the buyer or person that asks if you "are worried about your career going forward with the new regulations going into effect from the NAR settlement?"
Here are the three things real estate agents can do post NAR Settlement:
1️⃣ Become the most educated real estate agent in their local market.
2️⃣ Prepare a Buyer Representation Presentation that shows buyers the value of choosing you as their buyer's agent.
3️⃣ Focus on Listings!

BHH Florida Network Realty has always used a buyers rep agreement. We are trained on how to present it and our value proposition when we sign on. Tbh I've always loved using it. It not only helps me relay my value to the buyer, but it shows me the commitment that the buyer has to me, as their agent. I won't work with someone who refuses to sign it. The agreement is a commitment that goes both ways and protects not just the buyer, but the agent as well. We are single agents up here, so we were required to disclose our representation up front.
Great video, again thank you for sharing!

The boss says you’ll have to work out your own contract with Forgery Proof Latin Law Lawyers for finding clients for their forgery proof inheritance and legacy wealth transfer. $1500.00 to $2500.00 sounds about right for million dollar inheritance transfers.
Not sure I'm following you but thank you for commenting.
