Wow, Jimmy, this really is brutal. You’re spot on! The best advice for agents is: Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. You talk about this in the video and it can't be overstated! This is really the underlying problem for most of our business troubles in real estate. You don't have to like calling and making videos, but you have to do it. The same goes for hard negotiations and difficult conversations with our clients. You've got to learn to push yourself to do the hard stuff and eventually there is joy in that, too.
Ouch! That hurt but it's tough love. I'm one of those who is afraid to do videos. Your examples of actual real estate conversations was helpful. Thank you
The funny thing it also made me think about all the “Indoor cats” in an office that meow loudly about being hungry but wont eat the “dry food” (floor time) that is available to them because its not the "wet food" they prefer
I am an admin a real estate office. Even. If someone will do floor they won't go outside to talk to people who are potential clients. So they are handed the food but won't eat it.
Great video Jimmy! A LOT of our clients need this advice LOL. One piece of advice I remind myself of frequently when it comes to lead gen...FOCUS ON THE TREES, NOT THE FORREST. When I'm feeling intimidated to call leads, I check with myself and its usually because I'm looking at all the leads as one mass of people, instead of focusing on the unique individuals that make up that list of leads. If I think about them as unique individuals with their own needs, wants, moods and personalities...it makes it much easier to reach out one by one.

Thanks for the feedback Patricia! I was speaking from experience on all the points as I’ve done or been in all of those situations.
