You two are humans, with a marriage to tend to, a business to tend to, acres and a garden, and need to rest the body in between which you deserve! A lot might not understand but when trying to pump out videos or hit content goals is also what makes a lot of creators lose love for the craft, or burns them out. When you are Saved it’s a personal relationship with God, so you should seek guidance from the Lord to determine if a fast is required & the purpose of the fast. He will guide you on how long to fast if applicable. Their spiritual journey is not the same as your spiritual journey.

I think you guys are doing such an amazing job with your business! Kudos for taking a day to break from all your work. Our God is a God of order and He did set a special day aside that He blessed and sanctified. From creation (Gen 2:1-3), to while He was here on earth (Luke 4:16) and even after He went to heaven, His apostles were keeping that same day (Acts 17:2,3) which has always been the seventh day of the week. Feel free to check out those texts. BTW, I think everyone would agree that long form videos are great once a week. You’ve got a lot on your plate and we’ll still watch. Merch would be a great too! Hey yall 👋🏾 You had me giggling at your bite into that radish. Our family garden consists of almost 15 different varieties of radishes. That white icicle radish you bit into is one of many. Look into other varieties…. Plum, watermelon, French breakfast…… they are very yummy varieties. Great in omelette 🍳 meals, too!
And as for that kale that looks like collards, it may be premier kale or Siberian kale (both which look and cook similar to greens)
