I'm a Real Estate Agent in Toronto, Canada. Have been an Agent for 32 yrs. I want to transition OUT of Rea Estate, as I'm 73 yrs. young and want to "semi-retire". I want another business that I can do from any location. I am trying to build my tiktok platform, as I want to become an Amazon influencer. Unfortunately TIKTOK shop is not yet available in Canada.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and want to supplement my income with affiliate marketing. (Never been on tic-toc). What’s the best platform to start on and what kind of products would be complimentary to this field?

Depends on what product you want to promote and what audience you want to promote to. That said, TikTok is the biggest opportunity for massive payouts. But I also appreciate RUclips, Pinterest, and Facebook as well. I'd suggest getting my ebook at stan.store/loriballen and starting there.
