I check the price thi property its way over priced for Abruzzo with 520,000 I can buy a nice villa in Tuscany, this house and landscaping it will cost few hundred thousand
While this is a beautiful house in the country that has been carefully renovated, I must agree with the others that this is way overpriced. I have aeen a lot of Italian property videos in the past several months and have seen large detached homes with landscaped yards and a pool in Abruzzo for half the price! The seller needs to reconsider the price.
I also agree that more care needs to be taken in the filming of these properties. Only a side glimpse of the kitchen was shown and the camera is moving too quickly which ends up giving some viewers motion sickness.
I realize the real estate market is picking up in interest, especially in Abruzzo, which means prices go up with the demand, yet this gorgeous home is far too high in price.
