The one an hour prior was a 2810 in Westland, called and they said “we’ll test the sirens between now (12:08pm) and 1:30pm,” we stayed till 12:15 and left. The other “fail” was yesterday in Napoleon, OH at the thunderbolt, which wasn’t necessarily a fail but they cancelled due to cold weather
