You look at the promotional videos and it looks so easy. I should film my attempts. Pretty bad, but finally got the hang of it and then changed to a bigger boat. Yes the depth of the trailer is key, but also the slope of the ramp. I'm putting a bicycle flag on the trailer so I can see where the hitch is under the bow. I still think it is a great add on to the trailer.
I changed boats also. There's a second video I have up, and you can tell it's much easier w/ a heavier boat. But I didn't post this as a "how to", just an example of how it works for us "normal people" lol. This video was the first time I'd tried with the bass boat. The video w/ the V175 Pro Guide is better.
I have a 25ft bayliner trophy hardtop w/cuddy with the bow eye about 4 1/2 feet down from the bow always had to get wet feet loading. Not anymore , the drotto works perfectly no more wet feet . I was worried about the weight ( 6000 pound boat ) but works great
This is the small size. If you measure the roller on the trailer, you'll be able to look at the Drotto website to determine which one you need. Well worth the money!
Well, I rewatched your video. Sincerely, try loading with the trailer shallower. And yes, we do have a few boats set up for different adventures. No, I don’t put videos on RUclips for self aggrandizing. Best wishes.

Be interesting to see in high wind and current.
Pretty much the same. But the heavier the boat, the easier it is.
What size model is this? I was thinking of buying.

Sloppy amateur loading.
The trailer was way too deep.
No need for bozo.
Thank you, glad to know a professional such as yourself watched. I saw your video and...Oh wait, you don't have one. Wonder if you even have a boat.
