that is so relatable. we are almost identical upon first glance sir. my customer service persona or the false self I present to people to put them at ease in a professional setting, is also listening to some metal. this one lady assumed I must be listening to church music or something so she asked me what I was listening to. I politely declined to answer.

The way you go over the mouth shape and pronounciation etc step by step leading up to it is GOD mode..makes it so comprehensive. The other half is up to us having the talent, but the direction is immaculate

His scream is very pitched, mostly pitch and not so much distortion. Thanks!
You can actually hear Ronnie's progression in screaming over time, and some of the stuff he put to metaphorical tape I bet he looks back on and just chuckles knowing he can do it better now (look at the I'm not a vampire remake). Anyway your right, not much fry, just a lot of compression, try making an "o" with your mouth and then do some caveman grunts, and you'll get the base for the sound. Not that you should be straining but tighten the whole face a bit. He probably made that sound on purpose, but it is something many people run into trying put power behind a fry, but can't do both at the same time. See also: randy savage.

Alex is good not necessarily because of his lows and the quality of the lows alone, but the fact that it comes so effortless to him that he can seemingly do it as if it were his speaking voice. He can enunciate so clearly, and speak so quickly *while* doing satanic lows with incredible power.
