How do we play ghost I recently got her as a 6 star and everyone is telling me she is gd but im not sure if she is

She is very good. You want to abuse your phase (makes them miss and gives you power) and heavy (gives you fury) as much as possible, and throw sp2 when you have the precision so all the hits are guaranteed crits. If you need help learning her I'd recommend looking at a guide, or just watching a good player use her (maybe MetalSonicDude or KarateMike).
