Thank you for mentioning me ! I'm glad I have inspired you to repurpose one of your old sweater to create a new one !It's a little bit painful to frog it but so worthy to give it a new life ! 🥰

I'm definitely not looking forward to frogging, but I am looking forward to exchanging it for something useable :)

Granny squares are a great way to eat up leftover yarn. Make a bunch of squares and keep them stored away until you have enough for a blanket (or many small blankets) :)

I love that idea! It is portable this way too! Thanks so much for watching and your comment.

Thank you for your conversations on how excessive heat is impacting you. It feels like everyone just moves over the issue to 'get on' with their lives, when we are impacted daily by it. Usually in Minnesota our summers are the best with blue clear skies and fresh air and this summer has either been too hot or there are hazardous air quality from the fires in Canada. It is like a continuous film of dirt on your eyes, like smog and the smell of burning in the air. I cannot image how horrific it is for Canadians closer to the fires and those losing homes and the precious forests. I love your podcast for talking about real issues impacting you as well as adapting to more plant-based fibers. Thankfully the linens and cottons of today are not the kinds around even a decade ago. I've posted a few of mine in your rav thread I love to knit with. I also like all the inspiration on different designs!

Thanks so much for your comment. These days everything is political, and we want to talk about the issue without it being divisive. At the end of the day, these things are going to impact each of one of us living on this planet, politics or not. Ok, will take a look at your yarn recommendations on Rav.

JP Knits Things is another designer who has tracking charts. They are lifesavers. The Slightly Sassy V is high up in my queue. Love your Anthology and brioche shawl.

You are both always inspiring. Love the High Pointe and poncho Stacy and Tracy your tank you made you daughter is so cute. I bet she looks so good in it.
Thanks for talking about climate and the crisis we are in/barreling towards. I hope people and especially governments and corporations can make changes. Sadly it has become political but there is no reason- we are humans all occupy this same planet. But it’s like school shootings- political and should not be. I carry on making what small changes I can make. Thank you.
I am finally catching up on your podcast now that my daughter is finally back at school- kitcherner stitching my socks and getting ready for Falling Leaves sock KAL with earthtones girl ❤🍁🍂
