I dont agree this platform is good. Even I take interviews. Candidates are gauged on technical plus scenario based skills. How will a third party interviewer know what process or project I am working on? What tech stack do I use, what challenges have I faced with stakeholders? All these are tailor made and the employees within firm can take a better decision. Its difficult for any MNC to trust a third party for interviews like this. In future, it will turn into a corrupted platform where people pay and get into companies. FYI, MNC's do reward interviewers with either cash or vouchers or atleast it adds up during your appraisals or promotions and increases your visibility. Correct me if I am wrong here.

As a recruiter I can tell you which most of interviewers don't know that 50% interviews are actually proxy interview. Means you are seeing someone else on the camera while another people is giving amswers. In Noida there are in fact 100+ companies which will give you basic training and then get you job by proxy interviews.

The platform has an ethics issue and over a period the interviewers start giving vanilla feedback … keeping the interview panels honest and give qualitative feedback becomes an issue
@@ayushdhar I have evaluated and used many such platforms … the basic structure is fine … the issues start when there is scale … that is when you offer this as a global product … if one does the math you need a min of 10000 panelist across timezones and or to be contracted in different countries … also the real good techie panelist who can do good interviews gets fatigued if the candidate quality is poor … and have seen that the usual panelist use this platform to outsource the job to family members … and off course there are huge coordination & scheduling issues ( automated scheduling does not work in India ) which then makes the platform operation heavy … for every 50-100 interviews you need a coordinator … the most efficient way is to have a coding platform with a embedded development environment embedded that can track compiling errors .. plagiarism … time away from screen … time away from keyboard …
Also the fact that more often than not the platform gets tempted to give more selections … case they are charging per interview and if there are no selections that means the client has paid a whole bunch of monies for zero selections… so the platform starts giving shortlist and let the client handle the difficult decision of selecting or rejecting … so back to square one …

Because if person is experienced then he must be interviewed before n being rejected. Now, its saying like one size fits all. For this to be successful , quality interviewers are required more than anything else.
