Anupam was asking royalty for being safety to Assebmly. Nasher miles was profitable still they wanted royalty. These founders are simple people whom these sharks took benefit of. Half valuation and royalty(which the founders initially denied to take).
After taking High salaries from the company in future, maybe there is burn so I think royalty is much fair ask by investors

These people are sitting right there because they’ve networks and tumhe agar 5 logon ke highly acclaimed networks + expertise saath mil rahi hai toh why would you not grab it considering you’ll be able to give them exit and will also accommodate their conditions?

@@adithyanair_607 No I think he is serious here and I agree that all the 5 sharks can provide their networks to them and guide them. But just think about it, they just made an offer of 300 cr valuation with 4 sharks and suddenly when another shark added they reduced it to 200 cr . I don't think only one shark can add that much more value that you were ready to dilute 50% more equity than the previous given offer for the same amount.
