Are the ICOCA cards still available for us to get even though there's a chip shortage? I know Suica and Pasmo are no longer sold due to this, wasn't sure about ICOCA. I'll be heading to Osaka first before going to Tokyo so I just wanted to ask that.

It’s better to get it at the airport. It’s very rare to get it in the city now. We got ours at the airport.
