The atmosphere in Osaka was amazing, it was like a large carnival. All of the food looked delicious and I would certainly like to try all of it. Thank you for sharing this experience with us, I really enjoyed it. Mmmmm, now I am hungry!! 😁😁😁
I really love your bento sessions during videos, especially those self heating bentos from your previous videos. The takoyaki part in this one is so amazing that I kept rewinding it ❤
I have been catching up on your videos and I really enjoyed this one. Your stamina for eating is always entertaining. I love seeing food we don't get in the UK, particularly sea food.
Well, let's recap this. A dish with several takoyaki, half a cheesecake, a steamed crab bun, a cheese coin snack, wagyu ice cream with mashed potatoes, and to top it off cotton candy. That's enough for a boatworker to survive a month 😁You can eat, my friend! 🙃 on a serious note, great video once again!
I tried most of these when I was in Osaka in December last year except the cotton candy (Not really a sweet tooth anymore) and the beef and potato cone. Also nice to see Osaka Castle again ❤ Can't wait to go back to your beautiful country
I’m glad you got to try most of them during your visit to Osaka! Seeing Osaka Castle again must have been nostalgic. I hope you can visit Japan again soon!
Oh, my...it would be hard to decide...the cheesecake for sure! It's just lovely in every way! And the crab bun, with some of the sauce. The beef and mashed cone also looks delicious. Hard to choose...one of each, please! Thank you for our food tour through your hometown. Until next time, be well and happy, my friend!
uwaaah! I'm slowly learning Japanese and it's really fun listening to the people in the background and noticing words that I recognize! THAT AND THE WRITINGS TOO!! Sometime's I'm like "AH! I RECOGNIZE THAT CHARACTER!! IT'S Ki! キ" also I'm excited to visit some of these places when I visit Japan next year!!!!
Your home town is a wonderful place. I visited recently and it is good to see in your video so many places that are now familiar to me. Thank you for the nice memories 🙏🇦🇺
Thank you for sharing this video with us. I would love to try ALL of the foods that you shared with us, they looked so amazingly delicious that they had me drooling. Again thank you for all of your fantastic videos.💜💐💜🍱💜🍱💜
It all looked delicious but I'd really like to try that 10 yen bread. There's Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, California USA. When I visited there, I tried takoyaki. It was so hot, it burned my mouth and tongue and I couldn't taste anything for a whole day. Thanks for the food tour of Osaka. You have a nice home town.
All those foods look amazing! I don't think i could get around all that in one day, but I'd really like to try the 10 yen cake..I really love your videos.. Makes me wanna travel to Japan. Hello from Texas! 😎
Thanks so much for the kind words! The 10 yen cake is definitely worth a try. I’m glad my videos inspire you to want to visit Japan. Hello from Japan to Texas! 😎
I would Love to try the Takoyaki! That looked so Delicious! The 10 yen bread looked interesting but if I was gonna go with a one I'd have to go Custard. I'm not much on crab but OR cotten candy but that last thing the "Niku Niku soft" look's very.. interesting lol Not something I'd go with but still, Thank you for sharing your adventure with us!
I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Takoyaki is definitely a must-try. The Niku Niku Soft is indeed an interesting choice! Thanks for joining me on this adventure!
I would very happily try each one of these delicious looking foods but I must say my mouth was watering with the triple set of takoyaki! I love to watch any of your food videos!
I’m visiting Osaka early August 2025 Can’t wait to try Takoyaki 😁 watching your videos is teaching me so much about Japan before my adventure next year 👍 many many thanks 🙏
In the UK we call it candy floss and I loved it as a kid…for the first five bites then it got too sweet for me! You usually find it at fair grounds or festivals and events.
I watched it before brekfast and now I want someone to prepare me 10 yen break and Niku Niku😊 The cheesecake I can make myself😅 Thank you for the testy vide, now I'm going to the kitchen😘
Watching it before breakfast is dangerous, right? 😅 I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Good luck with the cheesecake, and enjoy your time in the kitchen! 😘
I was very happy because I love cooking😍 If you have the opportunity, try Polish cheesecake, it's delicious and am exellent source of protein🤗 I'm curious about your experiences🥰
I love takoyaki (very surprised I can even get some over here in Berlin lol) and that platter with the three different kinds looks incredible! Would absolutely love to try that. Hmm, now I want takoyaki... 😭
TAKOYAKI MY BELOVED 🐙 I remember the first time I tried takoyaki. I fell in love with how creamy and savory the pancake was, with the chewiness of the octopus bit. Everything about it made it my most favored Japanese food EVER.
Cotton Candy is pretty popular in the United States far as I'm aware. I've seen it at quite a few theme parks, fairs, and carnivals. There was even a cotton candy seller at one of my daughter's elementary school functions.
In my local mall we have one of the cotton candy machines. I don't eat it myself since it's too sweet, but it's fun watching it made for the kids getting it from their parents.
My local shopping mall just got one of the cotton candy machines. It's around $10 USD, so it is very expensive for what it is, but it's a fun special treat for my daughter on rare occasion.
Sooo hungry right now! Don't really think I have anything like this where I live . . . except the cotton candy, which IS pretty popular, though you mostly see it in fairs. I'm from the Midwestern US, so the nearest octopus is at least a thousand miles away (except for the ones in aquariums, but I don't think I'm supposed to eat those) -- does anybody who's tried it know if there's something to compare the taste to? Fish or shellfish maybe? Either way, it looks delicious!
I can relate! Octopus has a texture that’s a bit chewy, similar to calamari, and the taste is mild with a slight ocean flavor, kind of like shellfish. It’s definitely worth trying if you ever get the chance-it’s delicious!
At first I was shocked to see you eat hot cheesecake but then I realized yours is more like angel food cake then a cream filling like it would be here (USA)
I want it all. While I'm waiting ship me two of the cheesecakes now. Osaka was busy with people shopping and eating. Osaka was beautiful, with the signs and the colors. Well another successful video my friend, don't know your name, so my friend will do for now. Waiting for the next video. By the way the prices was so cheap. The cheesecakes was cheap . Cheesecakes here are high prices. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you, my friend! I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Osaka really is beautiful and bustling. The cheesecakes are such a great deal here. I wish I could send you some! Looking forward to sharing the next video with you. ❤
Hi, from the USA here! Yes, cotton candy is very popular. Especially for special occasions like fairs and carnivals.
They are also popular in our fiestas too
"...I'll stop here." He says, after eating half of a cheese cake in one sitting. I envy you and your body's ability to burn off calories.
Haha, I guess I got lucky with a good metabolism! But that cheesecake was just too good to resist.
@@Hailstormand I'm just gobsmacked at the sheer amount of food he can intake! Where does it even go?
Thanks!
Thanks for your strong support!

I am going to Japan in October and will check out these places while I am in Osaka. Thanks!
I really love your bento sessions during videos, especially those self heating bentos from your previous videos. The takoyaki part in this one is so amazing that I kept rewinding it ❤
It's so surreal playing Yakuza and running around this area then seeing this. They really nailed it
It’s amazing, right? They really captured the atmosphere perfectly in the game.
LMFAO
New sub!! I love that you actually show us the food and spend the money!
Osaka seems to have less tourists compared to Tokyo and is one place I didn’t get to explore much last year so excited to be going back in 2 weeks
I have been catching up on your videos and I really enjoyed this one. Your stamina for eating is always entertaining. I love seeing food we don't get in the UK, particularly sea food.
I'm glad you're enjoying the videos! There’s always more delicious seafood to discover.

I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Welcome to the channel!
this city looks like so much fun!
It really is! You should visit someday!
Ah! I wish I had a cheesecake buddy for when I'm there! The savory cone looked like something from a state fair!
Having a cheesecake buddy would be awesome! And yeah, that savory cone did look like something straight out of a state fair!
wow Japan has so many cool things!
That cheese cake looked so good! And I really want a 10 yen bread too. You weren’t wrong about needing snacks to watch this 😂
All those foods look amazing!
グリルドクラブとチーズケーキを試してみたいです、日本に来て本当に幸運です。イギリス料理は比較するととても退屈に見えますが、和牛とマッシュポテトはイギリスを思い出させました、とても美味しそうでした、ありがとう.
I hope my translation is correct
Your translation is perfect! Thank you so much 😄
Great video. Yeah, Osaka can make you full for a long period.
That MeatCone looked amazing, and I need to try that one day.

@@experience_japan thanks for showing all these delicious treats!
Wow, this video came in just in time. As my mother & her Company will be going to Osaka tonight. 😅😅😱
Perfect!
Thanks you very much
That cotton candy was massive!! I thought it was going to stop at the yellow portion... Then it kept going and going...
I would very happily try each one of these delicious looking foods but I must say my mouth was watering with the triple set of takoyaki! I love to watch any of your food videos!

I'm so excited for you! Have an amazing time in Osaka!
I have bought various bottled sauces from Japan . Now my 80 year old mother and older brother are hooked on them !!
That’s amazing! Japanese sauces have a way of winning people over. I’m glad your family is enjoying them!
It's half 9 and I'm now craving cheesecake! 😂😂😂
In the UK we call it candy floss and I loved it as a kid…for the first five bites then it got too sweet for me! You usually find it at fair grounds or festivals and events.
That’s so interesting! It’s called cotton candy here. I agree, it can get too sweet after a few bites! Thanks for sharing your memories!
As a person who played Yakuza as soon as I saw the thumbnail I could tell exactly where you were lol
Well, this was nice entertainment, but now I'm hungry! 😂🤣🫠🍝☺️

The beef "Ice cream cone" with mashed potatoes looked very interesting. We don't see that here in the San Francisco bay area!
Thanks for watching! It’s definitely a unique dish. Maybe it will make its way to San Francisco someday!
Roast beef tower with mashed potatoes!
In my local mall we have one of the cotton candy machines. I don't eat it myself since it's too sweet, but it's fun watching it made for the kids getting it from their parents.
yummmmmy :D
everytime i watch these around midnite lol
Haha, midnight is the perfect time to watch these!
The background sounds, sound exalic like cyberpunk 2077 when your walking through Night City
I love to try the jiggly cheese cake. It looks delicious with the pudding in it.
You'd love it!
what camera do you use? great videos.
Thanks! I use iPhone!
Osaka is the best!
Well, I heard about most of those street foods, but Niku Niku Soft blew my mind. Another must try item detected, thx!
I’m glad you found something new to try! Niku Niku Soft is definitely a must-try. Thanks for watching!
Not going to lie, i’m VERY JEALOUS!!! 😂😂😂 That food looks so good!!!
Haha, I totally get it! The food was incredible!
OMGGG I sooo want that 10 Yen Bread!! 😭😭 I love all things cheesy~~ 😍 And that wagyu "ice cream" is kinda weird tho... 🥴 lol
We have those exact cotton candy machines in the UK now!
I would absolutely love to try Takoyaki!
That’s awesome! You should definitely try Takoyaki when you get the chance!
My local shopping mall just got one of the cotton candy machines. It's around $10 USD, so it is very expensive for what it is, but it's a fun special treat for my daughter on rare occasion.
If I saw a dude sitting on a bench, camera strapped to his head, gesturing wildly while eating an entire cheesecake….
I think I’d stop to watch.
Haha, that would definitely be a sight to see! I think anyone would stop to watch!
@@experience_japan I did consider it when I visited Osaka in December but couldn’t deal with the shame lol had a fantastic meal in Tacohatchi though!
@@experience_japan if I ever spot you in the wild I'm gonna do your signature "mirror wave" and you'll know 😉✌️
❤❤❤
Heyy! Coming to Osaka soon, I would like to discover more of the family restaurants and other delicious places than the tourists restaurants!
This made me very very hungry, the Japanese have the cleanest street food ,its Amazing 👏
Looks like in Osaka - music is everywhere around you

Anyone else getting the urge to visit Japan after watching the videos????? 🫶🏼
They have 10 yen bread at our international market it’s great
Hey! There is the Purse you purchased in the last Video at 3:19 😀
Good eye! You noticed it!
I want to visit Japan someday, such a beautiful country and culture.
At first I was shocked to see you eat hot cheesecake but then I realized yours is more like angel food cake then a cream filling like it would be here (USA)
I get that! Japanese cheesecake is much lighter and fluffier, more like an angel food cake than the creamy cheesecake we have in the USA.
Similar with Keki cheese cake in New York City $16 dollar serve for 3-4 person
I’ve had those cheesecakes for my birthday before they’re really yummy
Glad you liked them too! They’re definitely a birthday favorite.
I want it all. While I'm waiting ship me two of the cheesecakes now. Osaka was busy with people shopping and eating. Osaka was beautiful, with the signs and the colors. What was the red "syrup" with the meat and mashed potatoes cone?
It tasted like barbecue sauce.
