I can confirm this is a setup because of all the camera angles. At 1:00 the camera is on a tripod in a hallway where the receptionist had just been. So how does he not even look once in that angle? He just goes straight around the corner without looking at anything. And if they used gopros in the lobby he would probably had noticed it a long time ago, unless he is blind.

And most places enable the time stamp feature in their footage for obvious evidence related reasons. So I can assure you, no security cameras were used in the making of this prank video.
