- Using a system made by myself and available at www.diycastings.com I show how easy it is to make a powder separation mold using spin casting rubber which works ideal for molds. It can also have low temperature metal poured in such as pewter.
This is great Craig! Perfect explanation of this step. Clear and straightforward demonstration!
Love the work and enjoy the info!!
I appreciate that you teach & explain along the way for each process!
Do you have suggestion/Video on homemade/ budget wax injector?
I built one several years ago. If you go to my website at www.diycastings.com, look under INFO and then Education and scroll down to the bottom I have a complete build. It could be done in a more simple manor but the main parts work correctly.
@@craigdabler-thediycastings7511 I appreciate the info!! thank you !!
it is easier if you put a lot of separating powder on the edges. very easy to split.
It will pull apart if you paint the surfaces with the talc using a small painters brush. You don't put enough talc on. You can also use corn powder.
Muitoooo obrigado showww que ideia genial, SÓ UMA PERGUNTA ISSO PODE SER FEITO COM BORRACHA ?? Ou TEM QUE SER SILICONE?
If you got a great result with just hand-tight wing nuts, why are there videos out there saying it has to be 3,000psi?
I’ve never heard of 3000 psi?
