The lives of Gülcemal and Gülendam, two brothers who were abandoned by their mother to run away to another man when they were children, are shattered by the departure of their mother. Two brothers who grew up in difficulties build an enviable life for themselves and return to Bursa years later. Gülcemal's only goal is to get revenge on his mother. He will take everything from him, eventually he will need it at his door, and his mother will say to him, “I am glad that I gave birth to you, my son”. Gülcemal is a strong and cruel man who hides his motherlessness in the wound of childhood and never closes that wound.
It is about the love of Gülcemal (Murat Ünalmış), whom his mother abandoned when he was little and turned into a dark monster, and the beautiful Deva (Melis Sezen), who starts with hatred and gradually hurtles into the maelstrom of fire, passion and storm... In Gülcemal's battle with his mother, will the love that has never been calculated or the grudge he has been carrying for years prevail? On this path full of costs, will Gülcemal turn into an open hunt while being a cruel hunter? And Deva? When he finally surrenders, will he understand that this love is impossible?

This was unfair yall😭 I NEED A SEASON 2! (crying while typing this) i never cried once from the beginning of this show till the last two episodes because they were both so wholesome 😭 I have never felt so emotionally attached to a ml from any other turkish drama till i found Gulcemal 🥺 The man’s backstory is so sad i have never once hated him throughout any episode. He truly deserves all the happiness in the world 😢 I’m just disappointed that it only happens till the very last episode. Which is why we need a season two y’all. I don’t think i can move on to any other turkish drama to watch after seeing this one 💔

the little boy is so comforting and amazing. i have watched this last episode for the last month. at one time every other day. i wished they could have added more episodes i don't feel this way about most of the series that i have watched but this one hits home.. the scene with zafer and her son gulcemal was such a tear jerkinng scene. as a mom who has a strained relationship with. my firstborn son this hits home so much.

there's quite a few out there with great emotional ending. i have seen a bunch as i am sure you have as well, but this one is at the very top for me. i can't think right now. ambassadors daughter has the same music in a few scenes and of course jumping off the cliff part . i would recommend that seris because it was emotionally gripping as well but the lead actress becomes ill in real life and has to leave and i didn't finish it because i couldn't. i have heard through the comments that the writers just erased her like she neveer existed. you may have already viewed this series if not you may throughly enjoy it. I'm feeling so sad for Guljamal best heart ,all the time suffering, every one did injustice to him ,and how in a few years time all are so happy without him ,moreover he only sacrificed his life his wealth to settle others
I enjoyed the series overall. It was just long enough and while I am a sucker for a happy ending as much as the next guy this one felt almost too perfect. I really was happy to see Gulcemal back with his wife and son (sooo cute) and happy to see mother and daughter back on good terms but it would have been ok to see Mert get a little bit of "what comes around goes around" well done to all and a big thank you to the translators. so glad the whole series was translated. 🙏

My first Turkish Drama "Gulcemal" finally turned out to be worth watching. Happy and satisfied to watch such a wonderful story. A perfect mixture of love, understanding, patience, hate, revenge and above all forgiveness. The storyline is short and sweet. No unnecessary dragging as there was not even a moment it felt boring. Entertaining drama and also emotional 😊 Great acting by all the Actors especially Gulcemal & Deva. Kudos to the team🥳

I'll missed this film...the story not long but very focus in their fam problems,not to tell another enemies from out circle. And Virgo is a wonder woman,not like' some film that make a woman look weak & can't fight when they are a hostage because vandetta.
