To help those looking to buy, the earphones are exclusively available in ‘Lemon IT’. They have several outlets in MBK on the 4th and 5th floors. I could only find the 550 baht ones on Level 4 in their ‘shop’ in the middle area of the shopping floor towards one end. Even then they only had one pair on display until I asked if they had more. They had a supply in a metal cabinet and I ended up buying 3 sets! Very well priced and connected perfectly with my iPhone 13 Pro. The box even includes a lightning charging cable as well as the charging case and lanyard. Well done Rob! You’re a star.

It's lot's of good quality no brand name products to buy in Thailand. 10 years ago I bought a lavalier mic for my DSLR camera in a kind of "mini MBK" in Phitsanoluk. I gave 128 Bath for it. Not the best mic in the world, but good enough for my use. And It still works. So for the price it's fantastic!
Love your channel, videos that the typical bangkok based youtube doesn't make- it's refreshing. I purchased a pair of "i13 airpods" from Lazada last year, and I've been using them almost everyday they're actually quite good. They were only 100 THB

M B K IS Amazing thanks for sharing in my opinion the difference tends to be the longevity or life span of fakes usually they will start developing faults after a few months, but if they are cheap enough you can often buy 3, 4, 5, or even more sets for the same price as an original, if you are lucky, and with new models out each year you can have a copy of the latest things at a fraction of the price its a win situation for me,
I might buy a couple of spare sets now in case they put the price up haha and if I remember I’ll put a 3 month review in the description too.. if they still work 😂 I’ve heard good things though
Yep! I picked up couple of the black Air Pod Pros knockoffs when I was just there recently, actually, when I say a couple, I got 5 pairs. I just got back from Thailand a couple of weeks ago and used them while I was in Thailand and since I've returned and they have been fantastic. They cut out every once and a blue moon, but nothing that would make me crazy and as you said, for the price, not complaining whatsoever. The call quality has been good. Love them.

Honestly.. I find them rather awful for calls and oddly watching RUclips doesn’t sound the way it should.. but listening to music they sound great.. super weird but I’ll take it for the price all day. My set are over a year old now and going strong everyday
Russian roulette. Fake Nikes is one thing. But I’m guessing Apple have to pass some pretty stringent testing to make sure the electro magnetic field / radiation are within safe parameters. Can’t imagine the knock offs do. Might get migraines. Might lose eyesight and grow a third ear. Probably not worth risking it if you ask me! Each to their own though :-)
Apple were super cool when they installed this pro active switch on the phone called “volume” 😂 come on guys.. seriously.. just turn it down if you that worried
@@ProjectBangkok hahah! Tbh my concern was about having 2 bluetooth devices that haven’t undergone any regulatory EMF testing on both sides of my head for hours on end. Maybe the EMF levels are totally harmless though. In which case - well worth it 👍
Calls are actually okay.. what’s odd it RUclips videos sound awful! It’s only when I’m playing music it sounds great.. so weird.. still worth it all day long. I’m actually going to get myself a space set today for when these die lol

I’ve bought two pairs now and I’m afraid that in my opinion they’re pretty awful, everything works well but the sound quality is poor. They are ok to listen to podcasts but for music they sound horrible and flat. I’m genuinely shocked at all the comments saying how good they are 😂
