Chile gives it all everytime.. I watch alot of shows from alot of different bands and Chile fans are bad mofos... They even sing guitar notes,,, haha love it...
There is a Pantera show on RUclips from chile where they are literally louder than the entire band through the whole show singing every word every melody and even creating their own songs for Pantera, I agree they are the most rabid fans anywhere.
