I really like both offerings from Caramel. They are a huge leap for the company, really bringing excitement to low cost, high quality ukuleles. I believe Caramel will keep making both versions. 😊😊😊
@@richdavis4007 i hope so. The website was sold out. I’ve been watching and wondering about them because for the less expensive ukes they seemed to be among the best of them. I just got my first Caramel; it’s an all solid acacia concert. It has some quality defects but was marked down. For the price; overall I’m pretty darn happy with it! I can deal with or forget about the cosmetic stuff because the TONE is there!!! It plays pretty decent. It just came so hopefully I don’t find anything that makes me want to get rid of it because overall this is really cool. At this price I can take great tone AND an electric uke with a tuner with me anywhere I go!! I can keep my pricer ones safe at home without sacrificing volume or tone!! NEAT!!! 🥰 Thanks again. I used your videos to decide on the one I got today!
The more I play these ukes, the more special they are becoming to me. The body is big and bold! Lots of nice appointments. Eye catching! Thanks! Rich😊😊😊
My friends in Canada also want me to get Caramel to sell to them at a reasonable cost. I wish I could. Thanks, MT. You have an eye for a beauty uke! Rich
Magic strings😊 I didnt know it takes a couple days to keep its tune. All of them are pretty but i really like the black ebony one and the red African one (not sure if thats the exact name u showed). Sounds so nice ❤
Red African mahogany glossy concert is the 4th one in this group. Some ukuleles could take a week to keep their tuning but after that most ukes hold their tunings so that they just need a slight tweaking before play every day. A new ukulele that you can play the first day, the first few minutes, is nice!!
I was wondering about these. Very nice. Thanks Rich!
This uke is unique and worthy. I've seen a lot of spalted maples but few if any curly maples!! Rich😊😊
@@richdavis4007 I think these are laminate but I really like what I see anyway. Do you think they’ll keep making the all solid body ukes as well?

Great looking ukes!
Thanks, Kelly. I've had compliments on this white one already. 😊😊

@@richdavis4007 Yes i Just saw i can buy one but the shipping is high , well knowing me i’ll buy it sooner or later ! 😄
Love that Ebony too !
😊😊😊😊😊
Looks like a great instrument! Perhaps Caramel pre tune the uke a few times before mailing them out so that they keep tune better?
May have done! That would explain everything!!
I actually prefer limited sustain (not short, but not really long), because sometimes sustain interferes with the sound of the next notes played
Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts about this ukulele. Rich😊😊
