You are amazing teacher mam. The way you teach embryology, it doesn't even need one time revision, it directly explains the concept and remains forever. You saved my embryology section in exams, thankyou so much mam
Why did I like this video ? 1 The ideas are presented with a logical order and continuity 2 Clear and crisp voice 3 Bright background With clear diagram . 4 Clinical co relation at the end 5 well dressed
thank u so much doctor Although I study medecine in french but I watch your embryology lectures and understand very well you are literally the best I wish I knew u last year
Thanks for that short and wonderful lecture. I understood these terms and now understand why they are used in paediatric clinics. Precise to the point.
Mam your explanation is awesome, I understand the words written in my book much better after your explanation, otherwise I not able to understand a thing and because of that reason itself I request you to make videos on small topics as well like folding of embryo, rotation of gut, development of thymus, palatine tonsil, parathyroid gland, etc
Mam there's one doubt can you please tell me why during the course of thyroglossal duct it becomes retrohyoid and then finally descends in front of the hyoid bone can't it just follow a straight path rather then going retrohyoid.....
It's developed within the tongue tissue ..so it follows the muscle fibres...and reach behind the hyoid... then..if it goes straight down ...it will have to pass through a different plane...that is..inner to thyroid cartilage & larynx...so it has to divert it's course so that it lies on the external aspect of thyroid This is my thought on it
@@DrRose-lifeinthewomb Mam if it won't go retrohyoid then also it will be present on the outer aspect of thyroid cartilage and larynx mam i have this question to my teachers they told me that path of least resistance is followed in this case that's why it becomes retrohyoid.. and they also told me that it is as per their opinion it is not mentioned in any book Thank u mam for your opinion 🙏
Ultimobranchial body & lateral thyroid elements are part of caudal pharyngeal complex..the former is not usually seen in human. .some authors believe...parafollicular c cells are formed from this
Why are u explaining only ..embryology mam ....? If u explained..other topics of anatomy also ..i would be the topper of my cls..😂😂 struggling with anatomy...mam..😢
