That time of the week when I slow my playback speed to normal.
The best compliment.
something so right about that bike
I’m watching this on repeat. Amazing video
not a more satisfying video on RUclips
Always good to watch your bike builds
Pity about the noisey background chatter coming from the cafe
I have to say that I prefer the build videos with the background chatter.
My ocd would predicate ear plugs in that environment
This is a beautiful build. I hope the owner has better luck with the Rambler tires than I did. I flatted on my first ride and after two years ended up with bubbles between layers of rubber and weeping sealant everywhere. I like the music and background chatter way better than the earlier build angelic droan noise. I have to mute that. I do love these videos though.
When it's Enve, you know its not gonna be cheap.
That is a lot of ENVE, I didn't know they made framesets.
Just took an edible and watched this like it was an Oscar winning major motion picture. Thank you.
Wow, absolute dream bike 😍
Lovely build. Any idea how much below the steerer tube mark the cut was made? 1:58
Incredible work credits for your dedication. How much does this beauty cost at the end
Oooh _reverse_ bar tape wrapping, we have a controversy. No wonder Nic bowed out.
It's because of those handlebars, Enve suggests you do them that way because of their integrated ends,
@@tinglydingle I always cut them off and wrap the normal way
@@jimhansen5395 Fair enough, do they accept normal bar end plugs?
Very enjoyable to watch, great bike as a result! I did not even know ENVE also made frames t.b.h. B.T.W, looking at the saddle height, the owner to be is not small 🙂
Nice video.
Calming and slow, just like my bike riding 🤨
Just a quick question .
What is the BB for this frame ?
T 47 internal and then 86 mm...only difference I would like to put a SRAM Force on the bike.
Thx
Which enve model of handlebar is that? Great video btw!!!
One word !!!! Really nice !!!!! Oops thats two ! Never mind 👍
Nice 👍🇮🇪
I am calm now after fighting maintenance on my road bike. I need to watch the pros...
Apparently Nic heard 'internal routing' & said "F*&% that..."
Jus' saying...
Hey Jimmi - pretty schmancy & finicky build here. I actually prefer your newest steel bike much better.
Was always wondering do you bleed the brakes to get rid of some air that get into system when it was disconnected, or in your experience it is very rare? I'm new to this, had only rim brakes
😱 secret compartment
Nice video. Question, does this steerer really have crown race? Or was the a bearing you were seating at 1:35 or so?
I'm so enveous of this build. I think the ENVE components together cost more than my road bike and gravel bike added together 🤣 Despite that (or because of that?) it's a very calming video and a beautiful bike. But what is this reverse bar tape sorcery?
Yes, What's that all about? Also, did the builder actually hammer on the lower steering race land, or did he split it first, the more 'expert' way?
@@valmorell Enve says in their installation instructions that you don't have to use a split crown race with their forks.
Which bar tape os that? It's pretty good looking
Enve - it come with the frame kit
Bar tape laid on wrong way 😂
How is there a "wrong" way?
It's the way ENVE suggests because of the barends...
Tell us that each bar section has the same number of wraps ...
Is it only me what is thinking that the price tag is absolutely overpaid?
5500£ is absolute madness for that bike.
That’s just the frameset!
Totally, that price is a joke!
@@Jimmidoesstuff
How is that even possible?
Just the frame?
There is no way this is worth the cost of the material.
@@hanf022 The price is for frame, fork, stem, handle bar and seat post. But yeah... still expensive. But sadly the combination of UDH, fork mounts, lower tube storage, top tube mount and internal cable routing is unique at the moment.
I would go mad with all those people there.
Why this frame look like a frames from Ali express )?
Et le p 🤔 ids ..?
