Buy Foods Supermarket Tower Bridge:
Rocket - 1 pack
Sainsbury's Local:
King Prawns - 1 pack
Macro Food Centre:
White Wine (Bring your ID) - 1 bottle
Olive Oil (Not extravirgin) - 1 bottle
Chicken Stock - 3 bottles
Butternut Squash - 1
(if you choose to add salt to risotto, you have to use the whole butternut squash)
(you can choose not to add salt for just half butternut squash as parmasan cheese is already salty)
At first, I've put salt into the risotto, the taste became too salty. (I forgot Pamesan Cheese was salty.) Then, I used the remaining half butternut squash to blend into the risotto, which neutralized the saltiness. Eventually, the taste was just as delicious as I expected, which was much less salty after putting the rest of butternut squash puree (which was equivalent to half butternut squash).
I made butternut squash puree by boiling cubes of butternut squash for around 15 minutes.
