I have emailed Greg Laurie and David Jeremiah. I called Jack Graham and they did cancel their contract but haven’t made any statements. Dr Jeremiah’s response was “ we’re watching this” and “join me in prayer”. Wish it was stronger!
I’m especially heartsick about leaders - the big names - who aren’t standing with those who are abused in various ways. As the corruption of leaders continue and as they fall, they accuse the laity who speak out in support of victims of being cancel culture. They seem to know nothing of the cross or of repentance. Romans 6:3-8 says, “Or have you forgotten that when we were joined with Christ Jesus in baptism, we joined Him in His death? For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives. Since we have been united with Him in His death, we will also be raised to life as He was. We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. It's not just Daystar that leaders are silent on. I know ministries that promoted IHOPKC for years. I've checked their social media consistently for over a year now waiting for a single one of them to comment on it. Nothing except one pastor giving a short but horrible take that Bickle is being persecuted and we need to pray for him🤦♂️ There are so many wolves out there and so many scandals. I feel like if someone is scared to rock the boat and disrupt the good ol boys club, they shouldn't be in ministry. "Exposure ministry" needs to be in every minister's arsenal. It's essential to protect the sheep.
It’s actually Anti-Gospel. The whole purpose of Christ’s first coming was to show mercy to His enemies. He even had mercy on Jezebel by giving her time to repent and warning her through John and even God's judgment is mercy towards evil people by turning their hearts back to Him.
I am a person who considered myself Pentecostal/charismatic for 40 years. When I began to find the courage to study the lives and choices of many of the “leaders” in this movement (all the way to the inception), I found many of them were living thoroughly and dramatically sinful lives. Im not saying that a leaders life must be perfect, but a humble, contrite, and repentant heart must be the foundation. Many of them did not even come close to meeting the Biblical standards of an elder/pastor. So, I propose to you that the charismatic movement has been leader-less from nearly the very beginning. The poor behavior and standards was passed down from the foundation.
The best part for me was when you said how the Christian leaders are talking more about how this is not right to talk about that it’s gossip rather than steering on that people are exposing the heinous crimes and an ax! In the church of all places! Thank God for you too!
Beth Moore came out that she is leaving DayStar, but she candy coated her leaving in a very positive way and did not mention the scandal. It takes courage to stand against evil.
Beth Moore is not on Daystar, at least not the regular programming. Her program is/was on TBN. I don’t believe her leaving has anything to do with the Daystar mess. I wonder if she simply can’t afford to pay the air time any longer. She has lost followers the past few years.

Thanks brothers for addressing this!....Lately, (though I'm absolutely a fullheart charismatic/pentecost believer), I am very frustrated to see this sad dilemma that many of the most influential charismatic leaders are silent and even aiding-and-abetting some of these egregious examples of false prophecy and spiriutal manipulation going on. Even in my own life, I have watched some who I KNOW ,time and time again, have lied and falsely spoken either heretical teachings or done fake manipulated prophcies or sketchy "words of knowledge" etc that was not of God..And yet, sometimes I can watch those (like,for example Robin Bullock, Hank Kunnaman,Maneul Johnson or even the bizarre ministry of Kat Kerr) and hear them say some truly biblically sound statement,or watch them well up with tears and say "Oh, isn't Jesus wonderful?! Lord we give ALL glory to you!!"...Then, at that moment it can come to my mind the thought: "Frank, how dare you pass judgement on them and call them a dangerous voice of decepetion! You're touching the anointed, and come on..give them a break!...they only prophecy in part, and just look how humble they are and they say "Jesus is Lord!",so, Frank, just shut up!.." And yet..in that video, five minutes later they are once again lying in the name of Jesus,deceiving naive ungrounded lambs, luring them into craving to become wealthy!!! Yes...the sexual sins are horrible and most of these current scandals surfacing are of that sin. THEY MUST BE EXPOSED.And yet how wicked is the sin of lying in Jesus name by uttering doctrinal perversion of truth, or mixing "Q drops" of hyperAmericanism and Trump-adoration ,mixed in with the Word of God?...or deceptively faking a word of knowledge like this example "I hear the name Nancy ..yes hallelujah, your name is Nancy and God is saying "Your wealth reversal and your healing of your family is coming right now, as you give and sow that seed of faith!!" You guys are really good. I'm charismatic but love scripture and rightly dividing it. I stop listening to a lot of the "so called" charismatic leaders when I started studying the Bible and listening to the Bible Project.
I have come across you guys twice now and am unaware of some of the scandals you speak of, but know these discussions are absolutely necessary. It is bibical and done in love, God bless you young men with discernment and boldness as you protect young sheep lacking in bibical knowledge.

John Bevere's book 'The Fear of the Lord' used to be my favorite christian book of all time (followed by Watchman Nee's book 'Spiritual Authority'). But as he spent more time with iffy ministers, Bevere lost that fire and that that's no longer my favorite book. That said, you guys are a breath of fresh air. No yelling or anything extra, just sincerity and concern for God's fame and His Church. I'm super subscribed and will be watching your videos as I go work my chef charms.
Who are the leaders accountable for their sins. Their board members? Who removes them from leadership? Is there any rules and regulations for church leaders? Where are the teachings on all this? In all the years of church going i have never heard any thing taught on any subjects referring to these questions. I heard Jonathsn Shuttlrsworth preach on the Pastors removal and loosing everything if he sinned. That's it. That's all.

The problem is those set aside for the gospel assuming sent of God must be a type-print-example in understanding how this miracle, God WORD to us, how it works. God is not a con man a shyster. This Gospel is foursquare a solid solid foundation we must dig deep by Faith into this Grace. John MacArthur has some scandal himself to repent of. His defense of a child abuser and the harm he caused the child and wife that was abused by a pastor on staff at his church. The reformed chaos is their false doctrine on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Their prejudice toward women in the church.
I have lost all respect for John MacArthur. He excommunicated a woman publicly and shamed her for NOT taking her husband back who was sexually and physically abusing their children. The guy was in leadership at John’s Church and went to jail and John Mac Arthur still supported the unrepentant scoundrel. In my opinion , I think He has a misogynist few of women. He has a history of covering up other sex abuse cases in his Church and among his peers. Everyone should be protected from abuse kids, men and women in all it’s many forms. We need to call out sin and darkness like it says in Ephesians 5:11. Thankfully one of his leadership team who is a Christian lawyer spoke up about this travesty and resigned and called John Mac Arthur out. We as leaders and parishioners need to walk in true humility and the reverential FEAR of THE LORD.
These issues, which have been happening since the 1980's, all follow the same play book. If laity would stop listening to, watching and financially supporting these false gospels, the programs would very quickly go away. The seeker friendly, mega church, pop gospel type "ministry" formula is dying....and it's way past time!! Holiness will once again fall on the true church and false prophets and leaders will be pushed backed.

He gave her time to repent because he is merciful to everyone. But He brought judgment on her because of his mercy on the church. His accusation against the church was that they tolerated Jezebel. He rebuked them for their false mercy. Jesus was having mercy on the person for their eternal salvation, but He expected the Church to obey the teaching of Paul and expel the sexually immoral person.
The church wasn’t having “false mercy” towards Jezebel. They were following her teachings. Again, Jesus showed mercy to Jezebel by plainly saying He gave her time to repent while she was still a leader in the church. Was He being cruel towards the church for showing Jezebel mercy? Obviously Christ wants leaders to obey Him. That’s not the issue. The issue is perverting the mercy of God by saying Him showing mercy to wolves is cruelty towards sheep when He constantly shows mercy towards evil leaders all throughout Scripture and His purpose in judgment is also to show mercy to evil people and open their eyes to the destructiveness of sin so that they will repent. Christ had mercy on David. Christ had mercy on Paul. Christ had mercy on Jezebel. Christ had mercy on evil kings all throughout Israel’s history. Christ showed mercy to the leaders who crucified Him and sent His apostles to offer them salvation even after having rejected Him and sentencing Him to death. And Paul didn’t just say to expel sinful leaders because they’re evil. He said to turn them over to Satan so that through judgment they would repent and be saved. If Christ thought of mercy the way you do then He would have just completely annihilated us and never offered Himself as a ransom on our behalf. All believers have sinned against someone under their authority. If Christ was to suspend mercy if we sinned against those under our authority we would all be dead and there would be no church.
And it honestly just comes down to this… Was Christ merciful towards Jezebel? We know the answer is yes. Was Christ cruel for showing mercy to Jezebel? If Christ was not cruel for showing mercy to Jezebel then the statement “showing mercy to wolves is cruelty to sheep” is anti-Gospel.

John Bevere's book 'The Fear of the Lord' used to be my favorite christian book of all time (followed by Watchman Nee's book 'Spiritual Authority'). But as he spent more time with iffy ministers, Bevere lost that fire and that that's no longer my favorite book.
That said, you guys are a breath of fresh air. No yelling or anything extra, just sincerity and concern for God's fame and His Church. I'm super subscribed and will be watching your videos as I go work my chef charms.
I read that book along with about five others. But bear in mind Bevere was a youth pastor in Benny Hinn's church in Orlando back in the day

Who are the leaders accountable for their sins. Their board members? Who removes them from leadership? Is there any rules and regulations for church leaders? Where are the teachings on all this? In all the years of church going i have never heard any thing taught on any subjects referring to these questions. I heard Jonathsn Shuttlrsworth preach on the Pastors removal and loosing everything if he sinned. That's it. That's all.
Because most of the leaders are in the same kind of sin which is why attendance is so low. We can do God on our own

The problem is those set aside for the gospel assuming sent of God must be a type-print-example in understanding how this miracle, God WORD to us, how it works. God is not a con man a shyster. This Gospel is foursquare a solid solid foundation we must dig deep by Faith into this Grace. Be sincere, wholeheartedly understanding and cherishing the wisdom of this book. we spend more time petting our dog then we do making the effort to be correct in our handling the truth. we need a grasp of the full orb teaching to melt our hearts. understand Jesus as a man also, look what he did for YOU. call me master and Lord, now that I your LORD and teacher. He is trying to get something across. Its not hard, its our hearts that are hard.
Do y’all think some leaders are under like a “spell” of daystar and are just truly convinced that j&s are operating out of offense because that’s what they been told?

Too much money being made. They don't want to upset the wealth train. Greed and lavish lifestyle. Alot of the Daystar line up are old wineskins. Quit watching....

There is an excellent book written by John McArthur called "Charismatic Chaos". A must-read.
John MacArthur has some scandal himself to repent of. His defense of a child abuser and the harm he caused the child and wife that was abused by a pastor on staff at his church. The reformed chaos is their false doctrine on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Their prejudice toward women in the church.
He made some valid points in that book but it is too hyper cessationist
I have lost all respect for John MacArthur. He excommunicated a woman publicly and shamed her for NOT taking her husband back who was sexually and physically abusing their children. The guy was in leadership at John’s Church and went to jail and John Mac Arthur still supported the unrepentant scoundrel. In my opinion , I think He has a misogynist few of women. He has a history of covering up other sex abuse cases in his Church and among his peers. Everyone should be protected from abuse kids, men and women in all it’s many forms. We need to call out sin and darkness like it says in Ephesians 5:11. Thankfully one of his leadership team who is a Christian lawyer spoke up about this travesty and resigned and called John Mac Arthur out. We as leaders and parishioners need to walk in true humility and the reverential FEAR of THE LORD.
Some charismatics are off base, some baptists, catholics, methodists, lutherans, church of christ -------. STOP acting like charismatics are all evil.

These issues, which have been happening since the 1980's, all follow the same play book. If laity would stop listening to, watching and financially supporting these false gospels, the programs would very quickly go away. The seeker friendly, mega church, pop gospel type "ministry" formula is dying....and it's way past time!!
Holiness will once again fall on the true church and false prophets and leaders will be pushed backed.
Let them go out and earn an honest living like their donors have!

I understand where you are coming from but I think it's too early to do something drastic. I'm sure there are private phone calls going on in the background. & still l agree with those who pulled out for their personal reasons
So if mercy towards wolves is cruelty to sheep and Jesus specifically said He had mercy on Jezebel and gave her time to repent does that make Christ cruel?
He gave her time to repent because he is merciful to everyone. But He brought judgment on her because of his mercy on the church.
His accusation against the church was that they tolerated Jezebel. He rebuked them for their false mercy. Jesus was having mercy on the person for their eternal salvation, but He expected the Church to obey the teaching of Paul and expel the sexually immoral person.
The church wasn’t having “false mercy” towards Jezebel. They were following her teachings.
Again, Jesus showed mercy to Jezebel by plainly saying He gave her time to repent while she was still a leader in the church. Was He being cruel towards the church for showing Jezebel mercy?
Obviously Christ wants leaders to obey Him. That’s not the issue. The issue is perverting the mercy of God by saying Him showing mercy to wolves is cruelty towards sheep when He constantly shows mercy towards evil leaders all throughout Scripture and His purpose in judgment is also to show mercy to evil people and open their eyes to the destructiveness of sin so that they will repent.
Christ had mercy on David. Christ had mercy on Paul. Christ had mercy on Jezebel. Christ had mercy on evil kings all throughout Israel’s history. Christ showed mercy to the leaders who crucified Him and sent His apostles to offer them salvation even after having rejected Him and sentencing Him to death.
And Paul didn’t just say to expel sinful leaders because they’re evil. He said to turn them over to Satan so that through judgment they would repent and be saved. If Christ thought of mercy the way you do then He would have just completely annihilated us and never offered Himself as a ransom on our behalf.
All believers have sinned against someone under their authority. If Christ was to suspend mercy if we sinned against those under our authority we would all be dead and there would be no church.
And it honestly just comes down to this…
Was Christ merciful towards Jezebel?
We know the answer is yes.
Was Christ cruel for showing mercy to Jezebel? If Christ was not cruel for showing mercy to Jezebel then the statement “showing mercy to wolves is cruelty to sheep” is anti-Gospel.

Though I'm sure there were healings in her meetings, I tend to think it was in spite of her. She got involved with a married man and then married him herself. Sorry, not going to look to someone like that for leadership.
