Player Recruitment: Could These Five Players Replace Tom Fellows?

In this video we take a look at 5 potential replacement wingers for the excellent young prospect Tom Fellows currently playing for West Bromwich Albion FC.
We look at five key performance indicators (KPI's) that we feel are important for a winger to display to a high level. Using these five KPI's and a few other search terms to reduce the potential pool of players down from thousands to a long list of 160 wingers. We then took the top 30 players to make a short list and chose 6 young players off the list that might be a good candidate for further computer based technical scouting, and if the player passes the criteria a more traditional 'in person' scouting process takes place. The idea is to identify these potential targets early enough in order to be able to carry out the appropriate background checks in order to see if they display the right mindset, would they be able to adapt to a new environment, would they fit into the dressing room culture etc etc.
This proactive recruitment method gives you time to have your targets locked in with a higher level of confidence than a mad rush on deadline day because a rival club just put in a large bid for one of your best players.
We talk about Tom Fellows, the current transfer fee speculation surrounding him this week, and whether we feel this is the right time for him to move on given his relative lack of experience.

A very good video, and one I found very interesting. It has earned you a subscriber. I found this looking at clips of fellows as I've wanted him at Bournemouth for a few years now. I'm not sure how you structure your videos usually, but it'd be fun to go away and watch the footballers you find through statistics and discuss their actual performances.
I love the Eliteserien and Sivertsen is some player so I'm glad he got a mention.
