One year ago this week Chris relapsed, overdosed and tragically died. In this episode of Dopey, Dave travelled to Great Barrington to sit with some of Chris's closest friends; Dylan, Alex, Ted, Colin, and Mark to share stories and remember how special a person Chris was and how tragic and horrific his sudden death was to us all.

feeling totally hopeless destroyed my life and recovered innumerable times been to the local state detox over ten times i know the techs by name and have even seen them relapse and fall out too. i fell in love with the show when chris was still on and dave i love you too man. the interactions and banter were so pure and real. i am not sober i've been using for a couple months again luckily i still have my place and my career somehow but i realized recently how lonely i am and i have zero friends. it's amazing that i still have family after literally throwing fists at my father last year in a drunken rage and being arrested. I'm the loneliest person that doesn't want to meet anyone. I'm sure others can relate. these chemicals have got a hold on me man. i have been sober and lived without them but i'm at that spot psychologically that i don't know if i want to live without them. it's all i can see. i have run the streets for years and i almost feel more home there than i do in a place i'm actually paying rent to stay.
anyway whatever dave i hope you keep on putting this show together and i think you have been doing an awesome job. I love you man i'm an easy crier and tears come to my eyes almost every episode at some point your voice and demeanor is just so on point and honest and there is nothing that can ever replace that.
