Teacher Rebeca nailed the reflexive pronoun lesson using a mirror as a prop which was brilliant. Thank you so much "the man in the mirror" reflects the same person. I'm so happy to finally understand what a reflexive pronoun is:
i am learning English by watching videos everyday. Every videos on this channel is really very helpful.she demonstrate the topics very easily so that anyone can understand .
In this usage the reflexive pronoun is 'emphatic' meaning that it serves to clarify that it is in fact you who didn't notice. It is also perfectly grammatical and perfectly well understood to say simply, "I didn't notice"
Both are correct depending on the context. In this case IS is referring to which ONE is correct of the following sentences not which ones. The teacher is ok.
when u said (she make breakfast for he self) or something like that I think that there are some actiions such as SHAVE and SHOWER and GET DERSSES and MAKE BREAKFAST that we usually describe without reflexive soo plllz answer me
True they should just let people self study and take tests to get credits,it's basically the same thing because most professors are to busy to help out students individually so you end up self studying anyways.
Hello Rebecca how are you doing ? I hope you are doing well, I have question regarding this example " I bought a book for myself " is it wrong if I could have said " I bought a book for me?
I'm having too much of difficulty in understanding the difference between 'reflexive' and 'intensive' pronouns. And I cannot find a good video that explains intensive pronoun properly. Please help! :(
Thanks Very Interesting , I have a question , I´m learning english Myself and I have a Book Sentence to fill : The book says "Make the interrogative Construction to each answer using the correct Reflexive Form: A: "Did You..........?" B: "No, I went to the movies yesterday with some friends"
none of them because you have two subjects in the sentence I and you. Myself, yourself, etc are used when the subject and object are the same person. So, the right sentence in your example is I bought a book for you.
I enjoyed myself with this lesson learning with the Teacher Rebeca!
Thanks you so much! A gorgeous explication and lesson.
I like your lessons because you come directly on point but other RUclipsr waste 1to 3minutes introduction

I bought a book for yourself
Or
I bought a book for you yourself
Which one is right?
none of them because you have two subjects in the sentence I and you. Myself, yourself, etc are used when the subject and object are the same person. So, the right sentence in your example is I bought a book for you.
