I love all 7 of the BTS members. They’re all incredibly talented, but, to me, Jimin is the one who stands out, excelling in all areas - dance, vocals, stage presence, etc. He absolutely eats up the stage in live performances. He can also rock any hair color, but I love black hair Jimin the most, which is his natural hair color.

Jimin’s versatility really is insane and might be his biggest strength, he can do it all and adapts his personas depending on the vibe of each song and that’s always blown my mind (his song filter actually talks about this). Like soft/sensual/enchanting rnb Serendipity Jimin, flirty/smooth/stage master latin pop Filter Jimin, powerful/dark hip-hop Set me free Jimin, nostalgic synth-pop Like crazy Jimin and so on all coexist ??? Can you imagine how insane a Jimin concert would be ?? I just love that Jimin chose not to limitate himself as an artist but explore so many different sounds, just like BTS as a group has always done. Jimin’s ability to change personas and his way to perform, carry himself and use his voice depending on the song and the message he needs to convey actually is the reason I’ve always thought he’s the best performer (besides being the best dancer), you just can never know which Jimin you’re gonna find on stage that day and I LOVE that. I remember not knowing what to expect for his debut song as a solo artist (set me free pt2) but feeling like it would probably be pop or rnb, I lost my mind when they announced it would be hip-hop and was sooo hyped and then remembered that duh Usher and Chris Brown have always been some of his biggest inspirations so it wasn’t that surprising… Anyways Set me Free pt2 probably is my favorite song from Jimin, it was everything I wanted from him and more. I just really loved this whole solo era, every member has had the time to develop as artists and I just cannot wait for them to comeback as a group, they really are the Avengers.

If he were allowed the opportunity to learn his voice, both the low and the high (sometimes in concert you can hear him using his lower register-and it’s gorgeous) but Hybe has put him in this box. I hope he can get out of it and truly explore what I think could be a very beautiful voice - with so much more range than he’s allowed to show.

@ I can’t stand to listen to Kanye outside of Monster. He cannot sing. And he’s an awful human. Jimin has 75% of the lyrics because that’s what Hybe assigned. It’s too bad that he - or they - didn’t choose to invest in vocal lessons to get the most out of what should be beautiful on his own. The truth is that Jimin has an undeveloped voice. It has stunningly beautiful moments, but it was not honed like JK’s. They chose to invest in his dancing, and he agreed because it’s something he loves and is very natural at. If they would’ve taken him out of the dance studio and into a vocal studio, he could’ve developed his voice, his style, his story. People love him correctly because he has amazing natural talent, it’s too bad Hybe chose to not explore all aspects of it.

But I will say this, Jimin himself has said he should’ve done more vocal training. His voice is so much more than a high note. The high note definitely adds color to the songs, I just don’t think that’s all he has to offer. And I think it’s unfortunate, and short sighted, that BigHit didn’t understand or see that.
Jimin is technically good. He shocks people with his talent and aura that the experience becomes indescribable. He’s in a different league and can’t be compared cuz he is very unique. A rare gem. jimin is indeed the best dancer and smf pt2 is just too good, when jimin dropped it as his first solo release under his own name we were all shocked cuz it wasn’t something we expected but again jimin is very versatile and has so many types of songs where each one is different from the other, knowing him and how he always does the unexpected we probably shouldn’t have been surprised he’s just that guy who can do anything and yes he did help make the choreo for the song, he also wrote it, jimin is very very involved in the making of his own solo music which is something I admire about him he’s always giving it his all.
