Great reaction. This song came about when she went to the university in Winnipeg. She grew up in a small agriculture town in Manitoba and that was the first time she was with a lot of people she didn't know and it got back to her that some of them didn't like her but they had never met her. She said how can you form an opinion on someone when you have never met them. So this is how this song came about. She does have a point. First impressions can be very wrong.
