    What kind of upper body workout do they do?

      all the upper body basics for strength/stability only(chest, back, shoulders). Mass is the most pointless thing ever unless you workout simply for the love of working out. Performance based training is on the other end of the spectrum.

      Squats and deadlifts will give you a solid upper body. There good whole body movements

      @@daynajohnson8070 I would add pull ups to that, and you're set. Pull ups work the vertical plane and give you great stability.

      As a local level track racer my lats r always sore after a 3 race omnium. I'm no sprinter but that's the upper body muscle that gets alot of abuse from get up in a sprint.
