    Thanks for reviewing the Cut and Finish,I really like it for a one step on GM paint with the urofiber pads. I will have to try the Lake Country wool pad with it. Thanks again Brian!

      IMO, any fiber pad that's used as a 1-step, most of the time, there will be haze/micro marring left behind. Way less noticeable on light, metallic, or hard paint. However, if you were to take a foam pad on the same paint with tape line, you'll probably see a noticeable difference in depth, gloss and clarity. Again, this would be more apparent on darker paint.

    That car was jacked for a newer finish. Looks like someone basically left it outside next to a water sprinkler that went on and off repeatedly. Looked nice after the work though!

  • @MikeGDetailing
    @MikeGDetailing 6 лет назад +2

    Great video. I enjoy using it as well and it does leave a nice finish if one does not need the cut of a compound but the finish close to a polish. Perhaps you just added another polish comparison in one step compounding polishes with Cut & Finish. Comparing it some others like the new 3D One, Rupes UHS and even CarPro Fixer.

    Brian was thinking a heavier cut such as menzerna fg400 even with a standard orange cutting pad would that cut a little deeper and provide better Clarity at the end?

    Quick question :
    What’s your recommendation on polish with very little cut for the purpose of getting out very minor defects on a 1 year old White Subaru. Outback built in the US.
    Finish is in excellent condition with very small scratches from washing and some other minor spidering.
    Much much less than the Chevy above.
    Want to do a two step on the Subaru

    Hy Brian, for a black BMW 5 series, 2015, for a one step what you recomand? Sonax perfect finish or cut&finish? Y'm thinking tot team up with uro fibre 50/50 or yellow rupes pad. Your advice is more than welcome 😁. Thanks, love your work! PS Because your work inspired me, this will be my first project. Polisher will be a Makita po5000c. 😁
