My parents make tamales almost everyday either for orders or to sell just like that. people love their tamales im not just saying this they actually taste so good. they don't own their own business or anything and they still get big orders by companies. i help and its sucks so much hard word to do by hand especially now for Christmas! so if anyone has information on good machines like this please tell me i want one for them!
I make and sell tamales everyday tambien. There is no miracle tamale machine. There are easier ways to make them Google Search I found several. I promise you that the customer will notice that you didn't put in the hard work and effort. They'll lack the taste of love. If you are making them small with hair line of carne then here's your miracle machine. But if you make a good size tamale with carne y verdudas then this isn't worth buying.
Lilian Smith I call BS on both of those statements... your recipe is all the customer is going to taste and the smallest tip this "machine" uses still puts 2-4 times more meat and at least twice the size overall than anything sold around here. it won't do veracruzano but the most people don't even know to ask for that
I live in San Antonio. People compare mine to Delicious tamales and Rubens tamales and I always win out. Less Masa more meat! Today I made 35 dozen in 6 hours all by myself! That's 350$ minus food cost. So I net about 285$ in 6 hours. Not bad if I do say so myself
Buena suerte.
The machine method does look soulless and weird, but when you are dealing in huge quantities, automation is key. You'd have to have about 4+ people putting them together by hand to pump out lots of tamales for big orders, catered events, etc.
How is filling the cylinders more time consuming than making each one by hand? This machine is fantastic. Once you really understand that the masa can’t be to dry, then you will be successful.
Gringos ( me ) protected it & as usually jealous ones grip about it . this machine is alot better than relying on some Brown person using GOD knows what to make them for you LOL . i like making my own now
I’ve had mine for years and wouldn’t trade it for anything!!! Perfect tamales every time and no complaints. I do cook the meat first, though...
Can you be so Cain and tell me where you get the machine address

What if your meat is wet? That beef looks pretty solid so it works but my chicken filling is saucey. Would it work?
Just let the saucey chicken set in the refrigerator overnight to get a solid form and it should work just fine

Those are commercial cheap tamales, nothing to do with authentic Mexican tamales.
I have one the ingredients is all authentic putting is through the machine makes faster.
@@maryreyes5094 Yes. My great tia's recipe works just fine.
