My head really feel so heavy after 12 mins of this video. Even with your good explanation I still can't take such a lot of information xD. Thanks, now I know Autodesk better, a lot better than before.
Had no idea Autodesk now owns the Shotgun CMS. I used that software in beta form for my company from 2010 - 13. Was definitely useful for a small 3D startup. Hope the original team made big when they were bought.
Did I just miss it, or did you not include Autodesk Eagle? Used for circuit design and board layout and 3D board rendering and evaluation. Awesome video, would be really cool if there was a table of contents with links to timestamps of each tool :)
Thanks for noticing. I somehow missed it while making the original research of the video. By the time I noticed it and wanted to badly add it to the video as it is something unique, it was too late and entire video was basically complete. Now it exists in the video as just as an image in the last part of the video.
Autodesk Vault was a fairly big omission as well. Interesting video though seeing someone's perspective of Autodesk from outside of the Autodesk ecosystem.
@Leo Warren - Thats how I originally missed it as I didn't see it in their site among products. And that is why it was included at the end along with all other "plugins, addons etc". But, it was a unique and interesting software, thus, I should have included it.
Jeez, I completely forgot you existed. And what surprised me even more was the fact you've uploaded 2 more videos before this one and after the adobe video _that I've never heard of._ So yeah, you were right with the fact, that the YT algorithm would make you disappear.
LOL... Then you would have to go through all the plugins for all the Autodesk products... Inventor & Fusion 360 are the only two products listed in this video which are in the same category.
Is there any specific reason for the large amounts of redundancy between software? Like it seems like 3DS Max and Maya could have their features merged into a single software package, and stuff like Navisworks could just be implemented in Revit. Just seems like it would really hurt productivity to have to constantly switch between 5 different types of software just because one of them has a small handful of features that aren't implemented in an otherwise nearly identical alternative.

Glad you liked it!
great video! really great quality! i hope to see one similiar about dassault systemes in the future aswell!
This was amazing, and the Chuck ending made it a 1000/10 :)
The amount of work put in to this video is just amazing!!
your voice sounds so excited and happy talking about this, kinda like in an ad lol. well done researching all this tho, never knew they have THAT many things
Simply wow! I had no idea Autodesk had soooo many products. nearly half seem identical to me and if I were some of these design careers I would have no idea which one to pick. I have been using Maya for over 20 years so hat one I understand
This is amazing, I hope it does well, because I want more.
It's always great to know what exists.
Daaaaamn bro!
Thank you for that from the bottom of my heart.
I’m actually surprised it only took four months to do the research if there wasn’t a single unified source for all that information
Next should be "All 50+ Google apps explained in 14 minutes"
Welcome back!
Thanks :)
This is amazing
Thanks for making this!
Excellent! As good as both Autodesk and Adobe companies
You did a great job And keep it up buddy!
Noice, he is finally back again 👍
Oh yeah, it would also be noice if there's a time frame
This felt like describing NFTs. All the same, but slight changes here and there. Awsome video! Had no idea what most of them were for.
This video is going to make a lot of people money.
Technically Eagle doesn't exist anymore as it's been absorbed into Fusion 360.
@Leo Warren - Thats how I originally missed it as I didn't see it in their site among products. And that is why it was included at the end along with all other "plugins, addons etc". But, it was a unique and interesting software, thus, I should have included it.
@@ScottMoyse Vault is in there too 7:30
Jeez, I completely forgot you existed.
And what surprised me even more was the fact you've uploaded 2 more videos before this one and after the adobe video _that I've never heard of._
So yeah, you were right with the fact, that the YT algorithm would make you disappear.
Excellence, and soooooo much of hardwork, Hatsoff and Subscribed ❤❤❤❤
Did not know 90% of these. I'm pretty sure Autodesk doesn't own sketchbook anymore, but overall an amazing video!
Thank you so much for explaining this stuff, You explain it so well!
I'm gonna be honest, I didn't even think Autodesk had more than 2 apps, let alone 50!
You're welcome, furry :D
This is actually fantastic! Maybe you could do Dassault Systems next?
Haha as a Solidworks user I was wondering the same!
OMG THE KING IS BACK ☺️☺️☺️
He's back
I’m studying machining. Need to learn all the cad programs eventually. Super cool
You should do Microsoft now and then Apple you might need to include old softwares that discontinued
Google too😳
Customer: What kind of CAD do you provide?
Autodesk: "YES"
Hah! This is greatly appreciated, good job and a happy day.
Thanks
There is so much value in this video. years of human life was saved, and you sir, provided the knowledge to fish
I honestly never thought there were so many different editions of AutoCAD.
Nice work dude! Quality above quantity!
Damn he back
One of the best videos!
Thanks
Literaly you killed it. Thank you !
I'm sure Autodesk CEO is also taking notes from this video
Salute to your hard work ♥️ nice work thanks.
My man is underrated
I mean look at the frequency
Thanks :)
Omg I just got the autodesk suite tysm for this
Neat. Next go through all the Solidworks Plugins
Do you want to kill the poor man!
LOL... Then you would have to go through all the plugins for all the Autodesk products... Inventor & Fusion 360 are the only two products listed in this video which are in the same category.
Nice ! AutoCAD only with all its variants is already a huge rabbit hole itself 😂
Another Humtog video! Pog!
Absolutly Fantastic
The legend is back
the sequel we all needed
Is there any specific reason for the large amounts of redundancy between software? Like it seems like 3DS Max and Maya could have their features merged into a single software package, and stuff like Navisworks could just be implemented in Revit. Just seems like it would really hurt productivity to have to constantly switch between 5 different types of software just because one of them has a small handful of features that aren't implemented in an otherwise nearly identical alternative.
