Apply PowerPoint designer to multiple slides in one step - AI in action

Very helpful method. I recently tried creating PPT for work purpose. But used designer in each slide. Now i know this. No need to struggle again 🙏🙏

I used to work in the outline view to create slides from an outline or to grab the text to go in a Word document, your tips regarding the designer are very helpful--thanks

You are absolutely right.
If you are creating a presentation from scratch, you must start in Outline view.
Put your thoughts as an outline. Heading styles are automatically applied.
Once you finish adding the topics and sub-topics, show only level 1.
Then use Shift Alt Up / Down to rearrange the topics (and your thoughts).
Then Send to PowerPoint.

Yes. This is a Word for browser feature.
Save the file on OneDrive. Open it in browser using Word and you will get the Export to PPT option.

You can just create your slides, go to the design tab , selct all the slides in the standard view (slides on left, single large slide on right) and selcet a design. This will apply to all slides. I thought this was going to be about setting the slides to the same one designer suggests for one slide. There is a way, this is not it.

We are not talking about applying slide Design. We want to apply the AI Designer - Home tab - Designer.
That can be applied only to one slide at a time.
