Yeah, you can send money between your own accounts. Every country will have different daily limits, but I believe England should be a decent amount. If there are any issues with the transfer, you would go through the PayPal customer service.

You should be able to. Just follow the video and type in Guatemala instead and see what they fees and steps will be.

This will work to send money to those living in the Ukraine? Because PayPal does not work in the Ukraine
In Georgia Paypal doesn't work either. But you can check the site and there will be written the available banks of Ukraine

Does the receiver address matter,what happens if you put the wrong receiver address and what to do?
I believe the fund return to you after a few days if the receiver address is inaccurate.

In africa we are not allowed to withdrawal money from paypal, and paypal says its something done by our governments since they cant monitor taxes. Please give as a tweak on how we can get our payments from PayPal or any other trick to get payments in Africa

I link my Netspend Per Paid card to Xoom and I try to transfer 17k but it was unable to complete my payment so what did I do wrong.
You sent 17k try smaller amount. Anything over $10k is suspicious to the government

Sounds like your going to get scammed, normal PayPal with buyer insurance automatically converts it
