Few points to note, permatex surface prep I think is called for by that Volvo sealer, never seen graphite go on injector end but on cup remer tool bit hmm, that hold down bolt should be preloaded backed of torqued and angle torque, these d13s are pain in the ass with torqueingng loosening retorqing

It used to be the same ribbed for her pleasure installer until the updated tools came out. Don't use the push type steel cup installer on the copper cups though.
