- In this clip, the retired president and the longest serving president of Kenya Daniel Toroitich arap Moi is taking an oath of office for his second and last term as the head of state and the commander in-chief of the Kenyan Armed Forces. Long live Mzee. This was after the repealing of Section 2A of the constitution of Kenya, thereby making Kenya a multi-party state. The change enabled the introduction of term limits to the Presidency.
