The video is hilarious, but the fluoride part is a pet peeve of mind. It does strengthen and repair teeth, though it's not good to ingest (the dose makes the poison of course). One could argue there's normally no point in doing so if people have healthy lifestyles, though, and it's not essential for the body. Plus, at least in many places (including European countries from what I recall), add too much fluoride to tap water, though water fluoridation does vary by location. It doesn't take much fluoride for medical problems to occur, though frequency of ingestion is an important factor in addition to quantity.
