I think it's the 5th Amendment you are referring to. although I would say that the 4th applies as well. Under FS 119 you don't need to fill out a form to make a request for public records. You can make a verbal request if you so choose.

If you like first amendment audits, look for youtubers who don’t use (bully) civilians then surrender ID to police when threatened to be arrested.

They had no evidence that I did what the officer said I did, because I didn't do it, I cut a deal because I was a very young adult and had no money, and my public pretender wanted me to plead guilty to a felony I did not commit. The worse part was I had to apologize to the officer. So I do really appreciate what you do, even wish I could be apart of it. I am a very humble dude with military and even police academy training (I paid to go through there college course, even went on to graduate with honors and got my degree in criminology and criminal justice). I love my rights and freedoms just like you, let's protect them. I want to help.
