This is perhaps the best review I've seen. No wasted time on frivolous styling comments, and a great focus on practicality. I just found your EX review, since that is the trim I'm considering. Thanks!
This was a fantastic review. I’m in the market for a new car and this was the most relevant and thorough info I’ve come across. Keep up the good work 💪🏾
The best review that I’ve seen. I’ve watched a ton of car review videos. The data points to compare to other cars in the same category, awesome. Great job!
I bought one HR-V LX 2021 3 weeks ago and it is a good deal. Doing home visits as a nurse I put over 45,000 miles a year, lets see how it holds up. Traded in a 2018 Civic with 120000+ miles.
I drove a 2022 Honda HR-V hybrid for my road trip from San Francisco to Yellowstone National Park. I drove over 2100 miles and I average 32MPG for my trip. What I like: camping mode works like wonder when I sleep in it in camping ground when temperature was around 30 degree. It was comfortable to sleep inside while the engine is keeping the temperature around 75 degree. Well equipment with technology: lane centering, blind spot monitor, power seat for both driver and passenger seats, moon roof, Adaptive Cruise Control. What I don’t like: 32MPG is low for a hybrid vehicle. Lane centering is not reliable. Seat is very uncomfortable. It is the worst seat I have tried ever.
Great review! I have a 2020 EX trim and I love this car. There's only one thing i envy about this 2022 LX - that CD player 😄 I have so many CDs I'd love to listen to.
We may have to let go of CDs, but why not offer a CD player at the higher level with the better sound system rather than the lower level with the more basic sound system? Also in my experience having a CD player and Bluetooth music ability, I find CDs more reliable in general. They don't signal in and out and there's no latency in input. So I would rather have the CD player then Bluetooth audio.
Never looked at car vids before today. Felt Honda's website wasn't giving me a really good look into the interior of the HR-V. Yours was the 2nd vid I looked at and felt it gave me way more info than both Honda's website and the first vid I watched. I'm particularly looking at the LX model because I don't want all the auto sensing stuff. I learned to drive on a janky '90 Accord, I adore Hondas, but I can not stand all the automated stuff. The rear-view camera is distracting to me and I feel all the other sensing stuff will just make me a weaker driver over all. I'd rather lose all those features and rely on my own skill to keep my senses sharper. So for me, I'm super happy the LX doesn't have the Honda Sense stuff. Thanks for the great review! (also, was that Howdy Honda behind you? lol)
Justin, a couple of comments since you insisted: i like your energy level, your review was on point as it didn't have any a sales pitch. Exactly what i was looking for as I'll go see one for my daughter. Solid work! P.S. I like bright colors so I liked your shirt. lol..
Just purchased this exact vehicle. This probably saved me a couple hours of reading the manual. Interesting things I learned: the brake hold feature, multiple view options on backup camera, how the magic seats fold up for extra floor to ceiling space behind the front seats, and the overall comparison with other close competitors, which saved me a lot of time researching. Fantastic video! Thank you and God bless 👍🙂
You should've shown yourself opening the back door so we can see how easy/difficult it is to do so, demonstrate the keys & functions (i.e. keyless entry, push to start, etc.) & do more of a test drive (w/ external camera footage). Other than that, this was a very thorough review. 👍
Number comparisons were beneficial. Thanks. I like the upbeat, humorous vibe. I wish there was a way to measure useable cargo space. The reason why is because the Kia Soul has similar cargo numbers with the seats up. But in reality, it doesn't hold as much because the space is shallow and tall. Space is great with the seats down, though.
By far the best car video review I have seen. The comparison is great, although I would recommend listing the car brand (ie; Toyota) along with the model number when going thru the comparison.
i have a 2018 a ton of cargo space, great in the snow, drives like a car functions like suv, 29 city 35 highway, i love it, interior classic rich style look economy price
Justin, excellent and entertaining review. I have the 2019 Honda HR-V LX AWD. Ive been waiting for the 2022 review. Too bad it lacks the Honda Sensing! No point in buying the 2022 model this year. Thanks for talking fast and not dragging the video out with boring fillers.
Nice review, but I missed some of it because of how fast you talk. Slowing it down by about 25% would help a lot. Also, would like to see more of the under hood components for those of us who do our own maintenance, such as the location of the oil filter. Thanks.
I love you already Justin! So informative, so cheerful & Witty :) looking for my first car And this car definitely on my list ❤️ but which do you suggest this or Hyundai venue?
Hello Mr. Fuller, love the review and I needed it. I come from the Honda Fits 2010, 2015 & 2018. I used a USB with my favorite music on it in all 3 Fits. For some reason, not all folders will show up in the HR-V. Can you do an in dept review about using the USB for music?
Does the power seat have an electrical adjusting system? Like the buttons that move you back and forth? Not having that has always been a deal breaker for me and it's so scarce in lower trims for almost all makers these days!!!
Just bought this car a week ago. Good review but yes, you talk way too fast. I had to keep reminding the video to understand. One question...I've never had a backup camera. If I get too close to something, does the car warn me ?
This guy seems nice, and seems to have allot of knowledge about the vehicle BUT OMG....I had to listen to the review twice! WHY? He talks SO FAST is basically unintelligible! SLOW DOWN. Thankkkkkkkk Youuuuuuuu. CCC
Keep up the good work 💪🏾
i have had 3 cars since 1992, a honda accord traded in on a new 2003 crv traded in on a 2018 hrv 5 stars
Out of all the videos that I've watched to obtain information regarding the Honda HR-V, this was the best! Very informative and thorough! Thank you!
The best review that I’ve seen. I’ve watched a ton of car review videos. The data points to compare to other cars in the same category, awesome. Great job!
I found this video extremely helpful for a quick overview of the car, especially for the dash, steering wheel, etc.

Wow that's a lot of miles. Shoot I'll buy your HRV when your done with it lol. How much did the dealer give you for your Civic??
$9000
Solid review. Thanks for including the comparables. Love your energy.
Thanks for watching!
Awesome video! New subscriber!!! 😊😊😊

At some point you have to let them go....LOL

An amazing video and very detailed thank you so much! Appreciated the comparison to other models it's great when you are trying to buy a car👌

People that talk fast, are very intelligent. 👍
I like the fact you talk fast, gets me where I need to be, Thank You!
Great review. Love the energy and details. Love the fast talk, means you can get a lot of info within a short time. Great guy!
Thanks for watching! 😁👍🏼

Legit. Thanks for the comment! All the best!
Thought 2022 will have the redesign 😭 Thanks for great vid!!!! Love your vibe !

Hi, i would like to get this car too, how much you bought this car? thank you
I see comment is from 2 years ago so what you think? How is car?
I’m thinking to buy

Fair enough. I appreciate the feedback! Thanks for watching!
One of the best reviews I've seen
Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the response. maybe I have some luggage I could use in a video...
By far the best car video review I have seen. The comparison is great, although I would recommend listing the car brand (ie; Toyota) along with the model number when going thru the comparison.
Like the shirt . Love your good vibes haha especially at the end. I am currently looking for my first vehicle
Thanks for watching!

Hey, I bought the Hr-V Sport from this video. I really like it, thanks so much!
Thank you for the review. Your video helped me decide to buy the HRV.
Glad I could help!
Thanks for the thorough review! Going to test drive one soon.
Thanks for the information .. I have this model but I was wondering whether it has blind spot camera ?
Good review. I have a 2020 EX-L that I love. Don't care about a CD player because I put them all on a huge USB.
A great review! really inspired me to get one! thank you!
Thanks for watching!
The greatest review EVER
Alot of help. Very informative!
Thanks for watching

Great 1st In Depth Review. Can't wait for the next gen Odyssey.
Thanks for watching!
That’s a sweet demo. Good presentation! Btw, what type of Nikes shoes are those?
Thanks for watching! Not sure of the name of those Nikes. Randomly found them at Academy.
Love your review!! You are great!! Keep going! 🙌🏼
Mine is coming in next week. I'm excited for the cd player!
Great review! Bought a new one upgraded with sunroof and paddle shifters love it!
Congrats on your new Honda! And thanks for watching 👍🏼

Excellent job on this review!
Thank you kindly!
I have this car and I love it
Nice vídeo and good job
Thank you for this video! Very informative! 🎉
Great review, but info here is it is based on the Civic platform, and the older model was based on the Fit platform.
Love the reviews
Thanks for watching!
Great Review, thanks!
Good review, This is car I needed for daily
Does the power seat have an electrical adjusting system? Like the buttons that move you back and forth? Not having that has always been a deal breaker for me and it's so scarce in lower trims for almost all makers these days!!!
Amazing review!!
What about the audio system? How many speakers?
How does the HR-V compare to the generation 1 CR-V? It reminds me a lot of the 97 lx
How much is otd price for LX or ex?
Great video, is there lumbar support and adjustment for the driver's seat, how comfortable is the seat for commuting,
Thanks for your help
Wait so there isn’t a full redesign on this years model?
usa not
Afraid not but the Euro models in the Japanese models look sweet we always get screwed over on cars
Thanks very informative!!!
Love your charisma
Can you please do a review for a Honda HRV EX
love u videoz very detail
Thank you!
I wish you had covered how the interior lights work, such as the map lights. Are they susposed to come on when the door is opened, etc.
great video!
Just bought this car a week ago. Good review but yes, you talk way too fast. I had to keep reminding the video to understand. One question...I've never had a backup camera. If I get too close to something, does the car warn me ?
What happen with the CarPlay, I have Honda HRV lx and I can’t set up the CarPlay
Awesome review
GLAD TO SEE SOME ALOHA IN TEXAS 🤙
😁👍🏼
Nice video. Thanks
Are you gonna be doing any other trims to this model?
I will be...
I like your video
Thanks for watching!
Cool Video!
Thanks for watching! 👍🏼
My guy is jacked!
Where are any cup holders?
which is better LX or sport?
If you can afford the extra cash I would recommend the sport.
ridgeline has the "magic seats" and a cd player. Good video.
My ridgeline RTL-E doesn't have a cd player. The audio system is awesome.
Fair enough... Thanks for watching!
love u justin :P
Looks exactly like my 2019 Hrv Lx
does this have apple carplay?
Very good review, but if you would talk a bit slower and not rush, it could be better ;)
Does the lx have front crash sensors??
it has front airbags which use sensors. Not sure if that is what you are asking about?
HRV is basically the FIT but more expensive and unless you spend more you dont get as much as what the basic FIT had,
Do I ever hate electric parking brakes.
Hi sir i have a quick question why is it the back camera is not moving where the tires go where?
For everyone saying it's too fast. Set the video speed to .75 then he talks normal.
2 dial knobs on the radio? I should've waited a year
How much???
MSRP is $22645
0 to 60?
Terrible bang for your buck. The base Hyundai Kona,Toyota Corolla Cross, and Mazda Cx-30 all have Apple CarPlay standard 👎
Agree. WTF
He talks super fast, I had to put the video at.75 speed lol
Why review the out going model now when a brand new one is just around the corner?
Oh...my..goodness, he talk fast...
Wow way over priced for a throw away car
This poor infotanious system 😂
We’re in 2023 and they already look so dated
This guy seems nice, and seems to have allot of knowledge about the vehicle BUT OMG....I had to listen to the review twice! WHY? He talks SO FAST is basically unintelligible!
SLOW DOWN. Thankkkkkkkk Youuuuuuuu. CCC
Why didn't u drive it or even start it?!?!?! Not one word on the handling of it. Not one word on pricing. Worst review ever imo.
How you gonna review a car and not drive it? You sound like you high on speed, slow the hell down.
Great review and straight to the point👍 thanks man
Thanks for watching! 👍🏼
