Thank you very much! Stay safe, stay healthy and stay in the Heart of the Keys!;P
My son is 6 and I recently showed him Vladimir Horowitz playing this piece. I'm a guitarist/cellist with some dabbling in piano. When I asked my son what instrument he would want to play, he is 100% in love with piano. I can't wait to show him this view of this piece, he will be so excited! He jammed to Vladimir's rendition, and I expect he'll be playing air piano to yours!
Love this!
Your son has good taste.
Not saying that other music aren't good taste...
Thought I should try a new angle - didn't expect to see my head so much though ;P Have to find a better position for the camera next time:) Which Etude should be next?
Op. 25 No. 6 bitte :)
Bortkiewicz op. 33#1 😉
Op 10. No. 11🤩
Trois Nouvelles Posth please
Op. 10 No. 12
I love this angle! With other RUclips piano channels, it seems as if the camera is mounted from the ceiling... here, it's almost as if we are seeing from your point of view :)
This is actually a much much better angle for a fellow pianist like me... cause i think i get to see the fingering... thank you!
Wow!! What a wonderful interpretation! You really bring out the triplet feel of the RH and really emphasize the rhythmic importance of the LH articulations. 1:09 has to be one of the best takes on this section I’ve heard, the left hand reallly sings. Absolutely wonderful :3
I absolutely love the POV’s. We need more, Annique.
that right hand has an itch that no black note can ever appease! congratulations, great performance of a sublime piece
So beautiful! You really made me to practice The piano even more! I learned so many things from You,beggining from The corect position at The piano,The importance of it,The importance of fingerings, etc! Thank you again,Annique!💖❤️💐
You've put a lot of heart and soul into the execution of this etude. Well done!
i absolutely love how you're also using the left pedal to go change the dynamics, i have almost never used it myself.
Great job! I Love the energy you put into this piece!
Who else performs and is going to record all of Chopin's etudes?
I like this angle with the sheets above
1:46 Those octaves 😍
Como dizia Gazebo, "I like Chopin"!
Não conhecia essa peça. Muito linda! A execução foi magnífica! Parabéns!
Desculpa, tô com muita preguiça de comentar em inglês! Hahahahah
Omg I love this way of record ur playing 😍
I love your interpretation of this piece so much 😭😭😭😍😍😍
Wow. I've never heard this etude being played so softly. I love it :D
Hey Annique, I hear it's going to be very cold in Germany this winter. I hope you have a nice, big, warm blanket for your lovely piano! Pianos hate the cold (or so I'm told)... ;-)
Perfect format, with this point of view and the score
Wonderful interpretation! ❤
Schumann wrote about Chopin's etudes as romantic characterpieces, you play in this spirit. Your tone is sublime and delicate. 👏💐
I really love this piece! And you performed it so well, truely showing the dynamics and emotions of Chopin’s Etude. The score above was great too, showed direction while you played😊
That was wonderful! It takes a lot of work to make it look effortless!😅
I really appreciate you playing like this! 😍😍😍😍
I love this piece sooo much
Awesome 👍🎶
BEAUTIFULLLL
I LOVE THIS ANGLE!!!!!!!
Can't believe I caught this as soon as you uploaded it!
Just brilliant
Thank you for sharing Annique ❤
Thank so much for playing the piece slowly so you can hear every part right
That's phenomenal
Joyful playing. Hats up!)
Phenomenal!
Bravo, Annique! Lovely playing! You're going to ace it on October 14th!
This is so impressive, I admire your talent and I wish one day I will reach your level
Well done! I like the new camera angle.
Ohhh I love the bass very very much ❤
Thanks to play my favorite etude
Ist eine super Position der Kamera. Da kann ich mir ein paar Fingersätze abschauen. Und es ist gut zu sehen wie effektiv deine Bewegungen sind. Wunderbar! Bin gerade an op10/1. Vielleicht könntest du sie auch so aufnehmen. ? LG Kerstin 🙋♀️
Superlativo!! Bravissima!
great job!
Thank you! Lovely!
Hi,
Thank you for uploading your superb performance.
I noticed that your recordings sound good. I am curious about what mic and recording gear you use. I am considering buying one set of similar stuff but want to learn more first.
Many thanks!
just wow!
Amazing!
Bells ringing in my ears.
Well done!!
Amazing
Wonderful!
Excellent.
Sounds like a classical version of Jazz before real Jazz came out in the 1920s. Love it.
Beautiful energy Annique! Merci et bravo! 👏👏

Hey Annique, I just wanted to ask. Do you know when the entrance begins for your concert since the 8pm is when it really starts right ?
Hey Marc! Yes the concert starts at 8pm so at least 30min before the hall will be opened for the audience :)
@@heartofthekeys Great. Thank you
Hello! Wanted to ask if you can suggest any book about piano technique, I want to work on my technique, thank you very much!
I decided I will be playing this piece with this speed after listening to Brunin's interpretation. I wonder why some play like rocket going to Mars.
Quelle élégance!
I'm Loving the channel. You're absolutely amazing. I'm often quite intimidated watching someone so good but your challenges make me want to play more!. I have a piece you may wish to try a 1 min, 10 min and 1 hour challenge on. (it's not because It's the one Im trying at the moment or anything :D ). It's Schumann's Kinderszenen Op. 15 No. 1 in G major "Von fremden Ländern und Menschen". Anyway, All the best! :)
S S j think Clara Haskil it's bad for me , comparison is human however
She never answers to comments so...
@@r.j4449 j don't understand what you mean , explain merci
@@r.j4449 j understand you dont known piano , listen Clara Haskil with " les Scènes de la Forets " ou les scènes d'enfants " before to write words only senseless .
@@r.j4449 She has alot of comments. I don't expect a reply.
Nice!
Impressive.
Only the real pianist show the music sheets 👏👏👏👏
Hammer 🥳
This angle reminds me of Paul Barton’s videos, love that. Maybe try higher next time?
So charming
Your right hand reminds me of a butterfly flitting carefree in a springtime breeze.
I saw in a video (Not one of yours) where someone ranked the hardest piano pieces which included "Black Keys," and claimed that the piece had all black keys like its name. I sightread the first page, and the second left-hand chord had a B... That person does not know what they are talking about!
LOVELY EXECUTION!!😍👍🏼
Have you ever seen that video of Lang Lang playing this piece with an orange in his right hand
0:00 did anyone notice why there is a Reo sign, quarter note, and whole note on the top?
Your head wasn’t really in the way. It shows a human was playing it. Wunderschön wie immer.
Ah so lovely execution, Annique. It brings a smile to my face. Long ago I had a Polish piano professor whose private concert included this piece and he played so heavy handed and break neck speed fast i found this piece abject and wondered hearing him how such an awful piece was composed by Chopin. Now i realize it was all the interpreter's fault. He tried to daze the audience and he did, i'm sure some people's jaw dropped but not me because i care about music I disliked it.
Hearing your execution, it's a different piece with musical sense and i now like it.
Hello, any plan to release another version of this angle. Pleaseee
Please, try to play a Tarantella Liszt, “Venezia e Napoli”)) 🙏🙏 In the top!
Who else performs and is going to record all of Chopin's etudes?
Это прекрасно, а можете снять разбор этого 5 этюда?
Sorry for insulting chopin at the concert 😐since I play only for a year my repertoire is itty bitty small 🙃
Please make a video of sonata 16 1st movt by Mozart
Toll gespielt!
Thanks but more legato would be better especially at the start of the middle section.
