All that canopy pretty much rules out Starlink unless you can find a clearing near camp within range of a outdoor WAN router that has higher power to relay the Starlink connection to a smartphone or WiFi enabled DSLR.
An AERIAL HD6 - WiFi 6 AX1800 Dual-Band Long Range Outdoor Wireless AP with PoE and IP67 costs about $190 at Amazon and has a 200-300 yard range.
Temporarily mount a Starlink mini on the truck or the Mercedes, power it from the 12v cigarette lighter port, LAN wire the Starlink to above mentioned AP (also mounted beside the Mini ) and transmit / receive from your camp area to the vehicle maybe?
The advantage of Starlink is that you can pause the subscription while you deploy to the oil fields and simply unpause when you need it again for those rare occaisions your LTE signal is weak when you are out in the boonies.
