  • Bought this car 3 weeks ago and now that I finally have it insured lets take it on the road and have a close look at what makes this 3-wheeler so weird and special.

17:17 - this one in the middle should be a rear fog light .. the third switch on the left side of your dashboard, that you said is high beams, but it's not .. and those little white ones on both sides in front are the parking lights, not for decoration, lol .. well, it seems you have no previous experience with cars 😉
However it was really nice to find a video in English .. there are tons of similar stuff but all in German or Italian, and reading subtitles when watching is a real pain in the ass 😂

I do have experience with cars but the last time I owned one was... 8 years ago lol
Did realize my mistake afterwards but to re-release a vid for just that... haha
And yeah very true! That's why I made this video.

Do you think the ape is worth it if you dont have a car or should i buy a ape tm?

Depends on how far you drive usually. I don't drive farther than say 20 kilometers almost all of the time. There are a few occassions I drive much farther (recently for the yearly checkup for example, was 70km in total).
If I would have to drive much farther on a regular basis I probably would've gone for a normal car lol
It also depends on how much you mind traveling taking slightly longer and ofc an Ape doesn't have the luxury of an average modern car ;)
By the way, an Ape (50) or Ape TM is a big difference, one is a big moped the other an actual car. Matters quite a lot!

Problem with the engine was easily solved: as I guessed the carb got slightly loose. Should've tightened one of the nuts better! Oops.
Did some further tuning and it idles/revs down perfectly now. Drives real smooth too! Yay!
