WOW I think this is the first vid I have seen where someone actually caught a Thermal with a DLG. Always thought it was kind of like Black magic. But it is totally REAL! Need to try this. Not sure if there are any Thermals in California though. They are probably not allowed. LOL
Are you kidding Mike? With all the hot air from the politicians the thermals in CA are EPIC. LOL I've had several 5+ minute flights with the Libelle. Really fun.

You can catch thermals around tree lines alot also fyi.. I fly the Raven Dlg
