I'm always curious about how collectors who have a lot of latex pieces feel about the lifespan of them, are you ever concerned about that? I imagine the silicone pieces like this one will be holding up better in 30 years. Great video, great bust homie!
Latex is definitely a concern for me. In my whole time collecting I have only lost one piece to rot (and that was early on when I was not so careful with how and where I display these pieces). I have heard Mike mention that silicone should last a lifetime, I am no expert on the degradation properties of the material so I could not say that for sure. My Steve Wang Reaper is a latex piece and is over 10 years old and still looks and feels as it did the day I received it. So there's that ...
