Enormous quantity of anabolics and food and mtor pathway widely open whole year around. You want to live very long you need to balance out resistance training and cardio with periods of fasting. Im 100kg/186cm, can do 20 pull ups and i'm very close to one arm pull up, and still can outrun most people on bicycle. Plus when i rarely buy alcohol for somebody, people ask me for id tho im 33 years old.

He is physically string, but he's nowhere near a good descent armwrestlers like the ones who win city or state local events. We are not even talking about anyone famous.
