@@rosanneperkins9516 Actually you are right I believe I either read it in an interview that JT did or watched it but when he was asked about that time in Scrubs life and about being unfaithful he stated that at that time Patrick was thinking that Robin was not paying attention to him and Lisa was as a matter of fact if you go back and watch after they had sex during the lockdown when Mac was shot and Patrick was locked in with Carly he states exactly that to her. Basically the reason it happened was because he felt ignored...and remember he has a big ego...and Lisa was there to feed his ego when Robin was engrossed into her own thing.

I don’t think they knew why the storyline took so long and why the storyline was even about it seems.... I always thought as actors they would go To the writers and ask what the Hecks going on

Robin wanted to go to a trip to Africa without consulting her husband. Plus, Robin has a child. She can't just up and leave when she wants to. I think Patrick was feeling bad and wanted temporarily to remember when he was not in love with Robin, since she makes him feel inferior. I think Lisa reminded him of the good days when he didn't have to worry about feeling inferior because he didn't love those women. I think he wanted to feel first to someone and Lisa was it.
OMG what Matt says is so right. About understanding why he did what he did. Because once Lisa’s craziness takes center stage, the fact Patrick was picturing Lisa (almost) naked WHEN SHE WAS RIGHT NEXT TO ROBIN and he wasn’t even drunk gets glossed over!
As much as I love uncle ,Mac he is the biggest enabler he will never see anything that Robin or Maxi do that’s wrong. and that is so bad for the relationships they have and helping them grow as people. And Robin disappeared and went to Rochester, he blames Patrick. he didn’t even wanna accept that Robin had postpartum. because he didn’t want to see that, which is the blinders that uncle Mac has are so distorted...
I just noticed it says patient room next to Robin’s room, it doesn’t even say her name and the door doesn’t normally have some kind of name of the door?

Mac is great but he is so wrong .... and Robin is right to look to herself as well , blame goes both ways. Mac should admire Patrick for not wanting to give up on his family .... its easy to throw in the towel and tough as hell to stick it out... It's wrong Patrick cheated. Look at tony Jones he screwed up & cheated on bobbie with carly. I wasnt watching gh before about 96 so people have said Bobbie cheated on him as well. Even if she did if tony forgave her which he must have bc he had been with her over 2 years after bjs death when it happened. Point is tony went to carly & became her bf. He got caught literally in the sack. Bobbie & he also shared a young son , Lucas & tony did not try to repair the damage. He went right back to carly at the cabin after having it out with Bobbie. Bobbie was done & quickly married stefan ( oh how I miss stefan & loved him.& bobbie but the stupid show had him obsessed with katherine just bc they were a big couple on another show. It never works out on another show when ur playing different characters from what I've seen. They dont have the history & the chemistry of those very different characters. Like bringing lane davies on for alexis as I understand that were a big couple on Santa barbara & kristen bell & the actor who played matt were a couple that had a big following on days. The closest they came was their was still chemistry between michael Easton & kelly monoco from port Charles but I hated how it was forced at the expense of jasam. I mean I did enjoy for once a guy making jasons so jealous he did something he never did before & hired goons to beat the hell out of john mcbain. I thought that was kinda hot as hell of Jason. All his other ladies when they walked he never tried to stop them. With sam that was very un jason like to get so jealous he wanted john beaten & had a message to go back home to llainview. He never fought for robin liz or courtney or early carly once they said they were done or in carlys case betrayed him. ) Anyway Patrick did it once & it was probably bc of a series of things he & lisa were feeling high off a surgery they got drunk but the biggest thing was Patrick was tired of robin still having a big peice of her heart with stone. I believe stone visiting her was her having him as her subconscious helping her realize that she was not being totally fair to Patrick. Her admitting she would still read her diary from that time & looking to that day at photos in an album is Robin's part in the cheating. Even when he got upset she wanted to go to Africa without consulting him about it he wanted to go with her to help. She said " theirs only room for one dr. " she really should have said even though their is only room for one dr he still could have went with her to be part of it. Also robin had put Patrick the hell literally from when she got pregnant to her refusal to get help for ppd for months. I totally get ppd. I had it with my second child & I hated feeling that way so much I immediately told my family & friends I needed help. I did everything I could to get better. I had it so bad I also was diagnosed with body dysmorphia. I lost a ton of weight to where I was a size 0 bc I refused to eat bc i was so depressed. I saw these lines on my stomach that nobody else said they saw & i was only 31 & i thought i had all these wrinkles that were not there. I thought I looked so bad I wouldnt let my husband touch me. I went to several plastic surgeons for botox & a tummy tuck & all of them immediately asked if I had ppd bc their was nothing wrong. No wrinkles & my stomach had no lines. I look back at those photos bc I'm much heavier now & I looked the best I ever did in my life since I was a size zero at 18. It's scary bc when I finally got better after months the lines were all gone. It's scary how I saw things that were not there. My point is when ur that depressed & diagnosed with a relatively common mental disorder i wanted to get better i saw a shrink every week & took the anti depressants. The meds did not work & I probably should have given them a chance to kick in bc I kept hoping to different meds. At the end of the day u think the illness finally exhausted itself. So this all happened 5 years after Robin's ppd. So while I was depressed I revisited Robin's story & I had a lot of the feelings she had but I never put my kid in a tree lol or ignored her crying. I also never took off to bars or left my son in a cafe alone never drove to a motel out of towm & changed my name or kissed other men like robin did. I also did not toss my meds in the garbage & unfortunately I did not have the luxury robin did of being able to leave my 2 boys while I went to a hospital. Robin could not even accept the diagnosis she had ppd. It just annoyed me & i know everyone is different but i could not wait to get better. Patrick stuck all that out with her & my husband who has gotten a lot more mellow actually left me for a long time saying " ur never getting better " the man had no patience & bc his mom never had ppd she was very cruel saying things like " I loved all my kids after their births & I dont believe in " a hormonal imbalance " this was the support I had from my mother in law & husband. My brother in law who always gave me Christmas presents gave it to my husband & his card addressed only to my husband. I read their texts & my bro in law said I was just looking for attention! Well he got his karma bc he never wanted a daughter & when his first baby was a girl he was depressed for 9 months . He probabl5 still is bc he is always miserable even though he got his previous son next I can see he is still miserable that hos dream of having 3 sons like his mom did will never happen. But his mom ignores that & how he favors the boy over the poor girl. But what's his excuse. Dont have kids if u only want boys bc it's a 50/50 chance u wont.
I really like the supportive and honest relationship between the Drake boys. Mac is awesome, overprotective and bias, but amazing
