Not many vids with mace, bulgarian bag, and kettle bell. My 3 faves! Great insights on where the load swings on each. On the bulgarian bag, most would suggest you let it swing more behind your back (lower); rather than swinging it behing the top of your head. That forces you to be more mobile in the shoulders (if possible, I understand injuries).

After bodybuilding/powerlifting for 20 plus years I love stuff like this. I really want to get my body back to what it was designed to do. Untill you grab a mace you really don't know how impressive this is

Totally gonna try this as a workout , I don't have a Bulgarian bag but I could use a lighter bell and do halo chops instead .

Such a great video on movement patterns and shoulder health. I seen you on Chris Duffin's vids. I have always liked kettlebells for my shoulder health. i have to buy a shoulder roc or mace. Thanks Bud.

Awesome vid. I still want to get a handle on what weight KB squats translates over into barbell weight. How heavy can you go on a RKC Deep Six? I am using 20 kilo. Someone told me that if I can do a Deep Six with a 70 lbs KB that i would be far stronger than normal. I am trying. Can I build teal strength with an all body KB like DSix?

Not sure of a calculation. They feel very different as KB holds are NOT efficient. That workout looks good.

Right like ancient Indian and Persian martial science was just a fad. It might be a fad on your neighborhood but it is a lifestyle for billions of others. The world is a big place, branch out.
