The song was writen by Unlucky Morpheus, and released by a V-tuber called Towa. Unlucky Morpheus played on the Towa Version, with Fuki doing the back up singing, on this version Fuki is the main singer with Towa doing the back up vocals. The song was done as a promotion for Hololive, which is an event in Japan for V-tubers, which is sponsored by Nissin. Nissin are a food company who make noodles called U.F.O., so yes! the song is an advert, for U.F.O. noodles and the Hololive event.
Unlucky Morpheus and Nissin have worked together before, as the CEO of Nissin is good friends with Shiren, band leader and guitarist. Nissin sponsored an Unlucky Morpheus concert, and gave out free U.F.O. noodles to every one that went to the show, and Unlucky Morpheus changed one of their songs as a thank you.

A great band that I have been following since 2017, and saw them live a couple of weeks ago, and they were really good on a small stage that could just hold them. I believe they are going to tour the US in 2024 for the 1st time.
The song is Chapter 1 as it is part of a story, in which there are 6 chapters.

No one would say no to more Unlucky Morpheus. I double checked and you haven't reacted to the mind blowing Music video of Cadaver/Revadac from them. I highly suggest that you use the version with the sheet music on the official channel if you do decide to react to it.
Having the sheet music version of it will help you understand a twist in the song that some miss without it and people who can't read sheet music pick up right away on it. Don't read the description in the MV before hand as it says what it is about, it is best to see it with your eyes and ears when you see it for the 1st time.

While this song is very good, the original release with the main vocals of Tokoyami Towa has far more power and presence. If you havent seen it, have a listen to the original. It was linked at the end.
